Clean welcoming wonderful staff beautiful place if coming to Tarifa you simply must stay here Fab location we will be back I would give an 8 star review if I could and a lovely vibe and zen 😀 Rooms bright clean excellent shower fabulous efficient virtual check in Staff falling over themselves in helpfulness

Hotel overbooked. We arrived and they weren’t expecting us. No one was there to greet us. We called and someone came about 15 minutes later. We had booked online through Booking. There were no rooms available for us! It was awful. We missed our dinner reservation because we were waiting on them to find us a room. They never did and we ended up staying in the owners friends apartment. It did not have AC or WiFi. They were friendly but keep antiquated paper books that don’t match their online reservations. I asked for a discount and the owner said she would give me a discount on a future stay instead. What?!!!! Awful customer service. You didn’t even have a room for us at the hotel and still charged me $116! Eventually she said she’d give a 10% discount. Unacceptable. This was their error and they should be willing to admit fault. I will be contacting my CC company. We tried to be super nice to them in spite of the error but their failure to even acknowledge the terrible experience has me angry three days later!!! UGH!!!!!

El hotel es un encanto, decorado con gusto, con todo lo necesario, cómodo y limpio. La ubicación es perfecta, en el centro de todo y desde la terraza tiene una bonitas vistas. Lo mejor, la mujer q nos atendió, cercana, amable y super atenta.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado en la zona vieja de la ciudad, también destaca la estupenda limpieza que tienen y su personal es maravilloso y súper amable. La terraza que tienen arriba es una pasada. Muy recomendable si estás de paso por Tarifa.

Gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa. Un hotel con mucho encanto en pleno centro de Tarifa. Gracias a Maria José por el trato tan exquisito que nos ha ofrecido durante toda nuestra estancia. Hotel muy bien cuidado, muy limpoio y con unas vistas preciosas. Deseando volver. De nuevo GRACIAS.
