Perfect stop on our way to Campos do Jordao. Valdir at the reception received us at 1am and was very nice and professional. Room is clean and confortable. Good breakfast and safe parking.

Falta de funcionários, tivemos que trocar de quarto porque não tinha água na pia do banheiro e a TV não funcionava. No segundo quarto não tinha controle do ar condicionado, tivemos que pegar do primeiro quarto para não ter que trocar novamente. No café da manhã não tinha nenhum funcionário repondo e as mesas sujas.

Razoável café da Manhã muito fraco pouca opção,no quarto o ar está em cima da cama muito desconfortável no banheiro a água demora 5 minutos pra esquentar e tbem empoça muita água no box precisa melhorar vira uma lagoa

Segunda vem que fico neste hotel, acho ele ótimo por ter micro-ondas no quarto. Pquem tem criança é mão na roda. Quarto grande espaçoso.
Única coisa que senti falta foi de opção de frutas no café da manhã. Só tinha um melão e estava verde ainda. Mais no geral o café da manhã é maravilhoso. Várias opções de pães, bolos, muito bom no geral.
