This hotel have some issues the rooms are five star but the service and the food are definitely lacking a price point of over 100 dollars. The breakfast buffet food temperatures incorrect. When I got home the first day after my adventures at 6 p.m. my room wasn't cleaned. I was made really annoyed. Web down tell them to clean my room and waited in the lobby to do something that's already been done. .the hotels policy they say because of covid is not to clean your room! I've been on vacation for the last 45 days and this is the only hotel in three continents that hasn't cleaned my room on a daily basis. Also they have a pool but it looked so uninviting. There's no concierge and the staff don't know answers to basic questions about airlines or where to eat . This hotel is worth $75 a night maximum not over $100 a night. I always ask myself would I stay there again . The answer is no. It's hotel is not up to the service if it's price point period the rooms are very pretty though

The room is not too big, but it is clean. The only problem is that the so-called King Size bed is two single beds joined together, which is not very comfortable to sleep on. The good thing is that the hotel is in a good location, right next to Freedom Square.

The hotel setting is very old, the plugs in the whole hotel do not match, and the adapters do not work well

Stayed there for three nights with my wife. I would summarize it as follows: the hotel interior (the rooms, hallways, lobby etc.) are fancy, equivalent of a 4 star western hotel. However, I would rate everything else 2 stars. The level of service and the staff are clueless, there are clearly no standards or training established for them. Some reasons for my poor rating: Breakfast - The breakfast is very basic, nothing spectacular or special included - Juice is from a cheap concentrate - The coffee is being made by two small coffee machines, you won’t get anything fancy here. This also means that you might need to wait for 15 mins for your coffee if you come when it’s crowded. - The level of service is all over the place, one staff member might bring your omelet to your table, another will leave it on the counter for you to pick up (and without letting you know its ready). If you leave your coffee order to the wrong staff member, it won’t get fulfilled. - Some staff members might occasionally ask you if you need something, but mostly they just do their best to ignore you. Spa - There is a smell of mold in the saunas. - The locks for the locker room lockers do not work. - My wife was at the women’s locker room when suddenly a male employee burst in. He apologized, but it shows how clueless the staff are. Room service - This was mostly ok, but they did not fill our shower gel/shampoo bottles (the bathroom has fixed bottles for those) during cleaning. As we were out of shower gel, I called the room service and they told me they would do it immediately, but nothing happened. I then also mentioned this to the front desk when going out for a walk and when we came back, they had brought an extra bottle of moisturizing cream and the shower gel bottle was still empty. Almost all of the above wouldn’t be a huge deal in a 2/3 star hotel, but when you’re paying extra for a good hotel, it’s annoying.

The hotel is located in the center of the city in a side street. The room was fine, but what we need to definitel emphasize is the exceptional service we received from Mariami at the reception desk. She helped way beyond what you usually would expect from the reception desk - really a five star treatment with personal and warm touch to it. Thanks so much for the care and help we received when we stayed there.

Lovely hotel and staff, especially the reception staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. The room was clean with the essentials. Hotel Wyndham Grand Tbilisi had everything I needed for a short visit to Tbilisi.

The hotel was chosen by my company for a client meeting. It was my first stay there in Tbilisi - in the past I always stayed in Marriott Grand (much better hotel). Despite the name there is nothing grand about the hotel. It is an average four star hotel with typical sterile decor and the corresponding level of service. The location is the best feature of the hotel - it is right on the liberty square close to restaurants and shops. The front office was one of the most unwelcoming I have ever encountered. They guys and girls barely speak any language other than Georgian - I tried Russian and English , same effect. The check out was the similar experience - not even thank you and good bye. The room was spacious with a nice view over the city . Simple, too much artificial light . Breakfast was just ok. The staff could have been nicer - you don’t want to see miserable looks when you come in. I would never stay here again.

Good central location, very clean and modern. Negatives: there was no breakfast included in my booking, this becomes very expensive to add on and the pricing is uncompetitive compared to local restaurants. I personally didn’t find the service personable and welcoming considering the reputation of the company along with the cost involved. The room booked had an ‘interior view’ I wouldn’t personally recommend this for a few reasons: 1) the general noise generated from the reception area tends to echo if you have the window open, 2) the general heat generated by the hotel I found to be uncomfortable even with AC being in the room - for example you’re unable to leave chocolate on the side without it melting overnight! So maybe consider a room with an external window to allow fresh air. Finally, if you wish to add another person to the room, again, the charges in my opinion are too high and you’re unable to amend the booking officially without cancelling and re-booking, normally you would pay for the room regardless of the number of occupants. Would I stay again? Maybe, but I would strongly look at alternative options first.

We love how spacious the family room is, and the room really smells GOOD! We really enjoyed the room and the asian restaurant inside the hotel. The breakfast had a limited choices, especially for us Asians, but still, foods were good. Maybe the only downside was the slow service of their luggage assistance, we followed up a lot of times to help us with the luggages, but we end up bringing the luggages down ourselves.

No way to get a quiet night in the room I have. Staff was "unable" to change my room. 2 nights with no sleep. Never again. The discotheque three floors up sounded like it took place next to your bed. Inacceptable.

Can't complaint, great stay!!!From the arrival, book-in, bedding, bathroom facilities and cupboards were great. Same applies to the daily cleaning of the room. The breakfast were great, and same goes to the luncheons.

Nice four star hotel. Not a great location and a very poor dining restaurant, with ver uncomfortable chairs and unfortunate service. Still, it was worth the cost for what it provided. Just too many odd quirks. The first to come to mind is the odd tunnel to exit the fancy lift from the lobby when one teaches their correct floor.
