Когда заезжали в отель, сотрудник на рецепшене попросил отменить бронирование, что бы в итоге сделать нам скидку в 30 лари, мы согласились, что было по сути ошибкой, потому что мы не смогли потом оставить отзыв на букинге. Бронирование было указано с завтраками, которые как уже понятно, мы не увидели. Сотрудник данного отеля сказал , что они просто допустили ошибку, и у низ никогда не было завтрака. То есть они сознательно указывают завышенные ожидания, а по факту получается отель на 2 звезды. Полотенца и постельное белье не меняют, стиральной машины нету , уборки номеров тоже нету. В общем, категорически не советую, данный отель. если есть какие то вопросы ко мне, прошу писать на mail (kristianandersson@yandex,ru)

Stayed here in April 2019. The hotel is nice, clean, near the metro station, the excellent inexpensive restaurant nearby, the host tried to be welcoming. But I didn't like 2 things, so I take 2 stars. 1) When I picked the hotel on booking.com, the filter stood ”Breakfast included” - it is 100%. When I arrived it turned out that breakfast was not included. Well, God with it, little money. Just took the number easier. It turned out further to get the number at the price indicated on the booking site, pay in cash and on the day of check-in. If paying by card, the price is immediately different. It is as if nothing but warn you. 2) For 3 days staying at the hotel our room has never been cleaned. A little strange. Late in the evening, returning after a saturated day, do not want to solve the question why not removed, it is easier to take out the garbage and start resting. The next morning was late for the tour and there was no time to deal with it) and so all 3 days) That no one was Russian-/English-speaking on the respiratory, that's what. Eventually all 3 days was cleaned by herself. Naturally without tips.

An excellent hotel located in the center near the Dynamo stadium and the train station. Next to the hotel there is a lot of transportation to the old city and many places in Tbilisi. In 10 minutes in Harot Square. The hotel itself is new, impressive in its design, very clean, maintained to a high standard. His rooms are comfortable, equipped, very clean and quiet. This is in contrast to many hotels in Tbilisi which are actually residential buildings that have been converted into hotels. The hotel staff is kind, cordial, professional and gives personal attention to every guest. There is no doubt that the hotel staff is the main reason for it being an excellent hotel. The price of the hotel is very cheap in relation to the great value and in relation to the prices of similar hotels nearby. The price is less than half of the prices of less good hotels in the ancient area.

It was our first visit to Georgia, namely Tbilisi. We were there for about 23 days. And here comes the time when we needed to get in our room, we came with our luggage. We paid for the room and one breakfast for two. It was great. And here we woke up on that fatal day. Let's go down for breakfast. Let's start our pie. My faithful asked the girl who works there to warm the milk, apparently a cook. We sit down for breakfast and the girl brings milk to us and says the warm milk is not free. And when we learned how much it cost, we almost got our eyes. 40 larie. How full breakfast!!!!!!! Here we started to find out with a man who works there the whole situation, called the manager, she was a girl, not like last time a man. And here it turns out there was a mistake, on the day we went in we asked the man to have our breakfast for one day for two, and he wrote so that breakfast was for one day for one person. On the one hand, it is our mistake too. We underestimated and signed the paper. But he heard clearly that for two, and the point is to go for breakfast only for one person. All the situation was resolved thank God, but the most unpleasant of the situation is that the precipitation remained, because of all this vainness, we paid for breakfast for one more person, but we didn't want to stay in the breakfast room for a second any more, yes, with the staff itself. It is obvious that the situation was unpleasant for the woman itself, as she was avoiding us in the future. We returned to our room. And not everything.
