Best Western Plus Country Park Hotel

We were there for 4 days. The price was just slightly more than I prefer to pay, however I must say that the rooms were clean and well maintained. The furniture was comfortable. The air conditioning and fan worked properly and was used the whole time we were there, due to the excessive heat wave. We used the refrigerator every day. The continental breakfast was sufficient and appreciated and good enough to get us on our way out for the day. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. I have no complaints or suggestions. I would stay there again and recommend this place to others.

Spent three nights there in room 201 (king + pull out couch). Both of our backs are killing us! Pillows were awful same with the mattress. The key cards had to get rekeyed daily no matter the precautions we took to keep them from needing it. We actually had an older couple the first night we were there, warn us of the key card issue. Good location, friendly employees but needs major updates. Also, water pressure low but plenty of heat.

The room was very clean and quiet. Comfortable beds. If you are a train fan ask for a room facing the track. Lots of fun train spotting. The double track windows keep it nice and quiet for street and train noise. We will stay againb

Very helpful staff. The room was very clean. My only complaint is about breakfast. Limited variety of fruit, no yoghurt, no gluten free bread or madeleines.

The room that we were given - nice room- once in the room, I became nauseous . I had very sensitive olfactory issues with the cleaning chemicals in the room. Staff immediately gave me choice of 2 rooms. That solved my sensitivity to whatever cleaning chemicals were used in the first room. All worked out and the lady was very accommodating.

They found a room available for me near my family which was great and it had two queen beds. The only thing that bothered me were the sheets we
