Gural Premier Tekirova

Very big area (be ready to walk a lot:)). Im in Turkey third time and this is the biggest area hotel. Our room was in third floor but no lift. For us its not a problem just saying:) here it IS common that rooms are separated houses maximum 3 floor. When you arrive they help you with golf cars also back to reception when you leave. Very Beautiful nature in hotel area. In beginning of May one smaller pool is heated ( If you think of kids), also baby pool. Staff is friendly and helpful. Most of them speak russian and English but also staff who dont speak neither of them ( using Expressions, phone translate and hands and leg you Will be fine:). Aquapark is paradise for kids and adults, only cannot be there too long because water is cold. Kids club IS paradise for kids. Theres several climbing rooms, outdoor area +adventure park. Of course shows and activities for kids hole day. Night show's very professional, amazed. In buffee, start was little bit Rocky nowbody didnt offer drinks and you cannot take them yourself (went little bit time when somebody noticed you). Buffet itself perfect, you get everything to eat what you Want. There Are special menus AS well every evening (sushi, seafood and so on). And for sweet tooths the menu is heaven:D In beginning of May take some jacket for evening time. Wifi is working good.

The hotel is very nice, the animation is beautiful, the children are happy, the sea was very beautiful, the sand is super. The most important thing is Barman achii You are the best in the pool bar super hotel achii I recommend you to become a teacher Açhiii teşkürrrler

The perfect hotel for a real vacation. The service was on a very high level. The staff was very helpful, skilled and made everything for us to feel good. The food in the main restaurant was with a great variety, very delicious and was presented beautifully. There were things for vegetarians, for people with allergies, for babies, domestic kitchen and international kitchen. There are also restaurant a-la-cart. The rooms were big and with all the necessary facilities. The area of the hotel is well designed - a beautiful park with houses and apar**ents, and if somebody wants silence there are nice quiet places. The beach is long, the Aquapark is very big and there are spaces and playgrounds for children at different age. The hotel is orientated to families with small children but is also good just for adults - we didn't feel like it is crowded or noisy from the playing children. The Spa is one of the best - try the Hamam, you won't regret it.

We've been travelling with my family to Turkey since many years and we love its hotels. We've already visited Xanadu, Ela, Nirvana and Güral in Belek. This time we wanted to try Güral in Tekirova and we still have mixed feelings. Imagine that you're coming to the hotel after exhausting trip at 2am and your hotel staff doesn't help you with dragging your cases to your room. And we're talking about 2nd floor without elevator. Imagine the hotel guy who drove us to the building, just left us and our cases and just drove back. He did the same with other people 15 mins later. And they had 2 small kids and 3 big cases. Unbelievable. At the same time we were surprised by a free of charge upgrade of our room. Room was huge. Like an apar**ent. Two minibars, two bedrooms, two TV's etc. Regarding other aspects: swimmingpools, aquapark - amazing. Beach - nice and huge. The whole area: huge space, clean and full of plants. Really amazing. Food: good, sometimes great. Sometimes could be better. No big complaints here. Drinks: good quality. I experienced better offer only in Nirvana and Ela. Again: no big complaints. Big disappoin**ent: staff&service quality. Imagine yourself sitting at a table at 9pm, only few guests in the bar, but you're waiting 20 mins for someone to come. And even if someone comes: 80-90% of the staff doesn't speak English nor German. If you come to the bar and order something different than a bottle of beer or easy-to-made (like gin&tonic) you will get an annoyed face of the bartender. At first I thought it's a joke. It wasn't, as I could experience it many times after that. In general: too few staff members to handle all guests (and we're talking about Semp**eber, not as busy las June/July or August). People with no experience, without foreign language skills (and we expect only basic skills here). To sum up: this place has a huge potential to be amazing. This is however spoiled by the poor service. I believe it can be easily improved. I gave 3 out of 5, because it's not possible to give 3.5 and 4 is too much in opinion. Not with such service quality.

Highly Recommend to any families. Room, service, location and weather were perfect. We enjoyed a lot . Hotel will be in our top 5 lists to visit again. You will like food and treat. However poor performance (music), evening shows and activities.

Great place, especially for families with kids. Special kidzone is enormous with aqua park, its own swimming pools for different ages, and even for parents. There is a restaurant rights there where you can have lunch or snacks. There are not a lot of stones on the beach, mostly sand everywhere. The food is excellent, Turkish coffee and tea unforgettable. A large variety of cocktails with good alcohol as well as alcohol free. Staff is friendly and helpful. We liked this place a lot and eager to return.

It is fine, but too expensive , the hotel has not fully on the last day should leave us to stay in the room until 18:00 o’clock , with three children out of room was too hard,next holiday prefer different place.

We spent a wonderful week at this impressive resort, which is quite large and easy to get around. There are many swimming pools throughout the resort in addition to the main one, making it convenient for families while eliminating overcrowding. The food was excellent at the main restaurant as well as at the a la carte dining venues. The entertainment/animation was high quality. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were very happy with our experience and we would highly recommend Güral Tekirova.

Very impressive facility. The rooms, the restaurants, the grounds and the beach area were very clean and well maintained. The food was great and the staff throughout the resort were very helpful, well mannered, and well trained. We enjoyed our one week stay very much.
