Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express our disappoin**ent with the service we received at the Sheraton Hotel in Tel Aviv during our recent visit. As international guests, we had high expectations for a seamless and comfortable experience, but unfortunately, our encounter fell short of these expectations. Our group consisted of ten people, and we dined at the Manara Restaurant within the Sheraton Hotel. Following our meal, we approached the Hotel receptionist/concierge to request assistance in ordering taxis to transport us back to our respective hotels. Regrettably, our request was met with a refusal to help us arrange transportation. The receptionist suggested that we use a local taxi app, which posed a challenge as international visitors without access to the app. Despite our explanation, we were met with further reluctance to assist us in organizing taxis. Consequently, we were left with no alternative but to venture outside the hotel to hail taxis on the street. This experience was far from the level of service we anticipated at a renowned establishment like the Sheraton Hotel in Tel Aviv. It was, in fact, the worst experience we have encountered during our travels. We believe that a five-star hotel should consistently provide exceptional service to its guests, and we were disheartened to find that this was not the case during our stay at the Sheraton. We hope that our feedback will prompt improvements in customer service and ensure that future guests do not encounter similar difficulties. We trust that you will take our feedback into consideration to maintain the reputation of the Sheraton Hotel as a premier destination for international travelers.

My home away from home. Always accommodating and fun to stay. The renovated club is amazing so is the superb service and care in the club provided with a great smile by MaryAnn, the club’s jewel! Marriott is fortunate to have such devoted employees like her. Thank you MaryAnn.

Wow. I had a good feeling about our stay here at the Sheraton, but it exceeded my expectations. The sea-facing room, was, unbelievably relaxing and well equipped. The gym, very clean, and well serviced. Breakfast was delicious, and the club room was also excellent. Staff was friendly, and totally accommodating. Our time at the pool was relaxing, fun, and well taken care of with the help and attention of the bar manager Samuel, who made us feel very welcomed. The restaurant downstairs, Manara was BEYOND our expectations and really made our staycation extraordinary. As I said, wow. A two day getaway felt like the real R&R we needed. Will absolutely stay here again!

Unlike Sheraton Hotels in the US, this is a 5 star hotel. On arrival we checked with Mazal in the club lounge who was just a pleasure to work with. She made dinner reservations at an in demand restaurant and recommended stores for shopping. Breakfast was huge, but does end a little early at 10 am. The pool was pleasant and beach access took only a short walk across the street. The hotel provides towels while chairs and umbrellas were free to use. Evening turndown service was accompanied by chocolates placed on the pillows. Our Jaffa Suite was expansive and has a great view of coast and the city center.

Great hotel. Best lounge in tel aviv. Especially Guy and Adan. Terrific beach. Good gym and pool area. Especially sign up for the Marriott platinum card to enjoy the lounge for free. The shabbat dinner is excellent. Hotel seels out fast so book in advance.

Outstanding service, Mazal welcomed us warmly. The view the food everything was a perfect match for us during our mini honeymoon. Sitting at the Sheraton Tel Aviv rooftop club is a memorable experience for lifetime. It is private, quiet, well designed and the food tastes great. Thank You team

I stay here every year and it never disappoints me. 5 stars in every category especially the executive lounge. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary food there was like eating in a 5 star restaurant. The best lounge I had ever been to. The location of the Sheridan Grand is best. Across the street from Gordan Beach and a 5 minute walk to Dizengoff St which is the main street in Tel Aviv with tons of restaurants and shops

I was staying few weeks ago at the Sheraton hotel and would like to share my experience, when I first choose to stay at a hotel I first decide by seeing a nice view beautiful room spa… in terms of service I have nothing but to hope for the best At the second and third time and so on, I stay at the same hotel it’s already not a matter of how beautiful or convenient the room or view is, but a matter of service and the hotel team who make my experience joyful I would like to share my gratitude to Henri the manager who make my staying beautiful Also special thanks to the team at the lounge floor for the kindness and warm hospitality

Overall excellent accommodation and service and facilities I was very impressed with this hotel from before I arrived. As a lifetime Marriott Bonvoy platinum member I stay in a lot of hotels. I reached out to the manager for some special requests before arriving. She and her staff were immediately responsive and accommodating in a way that made me feel very welcome. But it also emphasized the professional way. The hotel is operated. Upon arrival, the very high professional standard was maintained at every interaction with the staff. The hotel is beautifully and recently renovated and very comfortable, even from things as mundane as an abundance of outlets to plug-in devices. The lounge is spacious and very attractive and comfortable. The buffet meals are abundant in variety. The location is excellent and the views of the beach and sunset on one side as well as the entire city of Tel Aviv on the other, very beautiful. Certainly, Marriott Bonway members will find a comfortable hotel that excels in service and accommodations, and be welcomed. But we also witnessed “average “guests without the Marriott membership or status being treated no less well and enjoying the same high standards and quality service. I highly recommend the hotel whether coming to Tel Aviv from overseas or from within ISrael looking for a delightful getaway.
