Very comfortable apar**ent in center of Tel Aviv. Two rooms apar**ent with balcony, small but you have there everything you need for staying for business and for vacation even with family. Bed room is a shelter, small kitchen and washing machine.

Great location (walking distance to shops, beach and restaurants). Better value than hotel for larger families. Enough space to relax with well equipped kitchen. Will definitely use again - highly recommended.

We had a great stay at this place. It was clean, well equipped, and close to everything we needed. The communication with the owners/management was smooth and efficient - they were very accommodating and kind. We’ll be back!

I’m by trade a hotelier so I take the matter of false advertising seriously. We booked a deluxe one bedroom apar**ent that claimed to be 45sqm in size, showed on *********** for this specific room type a large balcony with table and chairs and stated that the living room had a sofa bed that slept 2 children. On arrival we found a much smaller apar**ent, with a narrow balcony with two small stools and an unsanitary sofa (not sofa bed with a mattress) that folded down. There was significant damage to the property (walls, skirting boards) and some towels provided we’re not clean. The location is also under significant street construction where the workers work at night - at no stage was this communicated either via *********** or by the operator TLV2GO The operator did after a 2nd request (first request was forgotten) on the day of arrival being fresh towels and bed sheets, and offered to fix the skirting board. However they refused to acknowledge their false advertising (even claiming they would bring tables and chairs if needed which was ludicrous as they would never have fit). The subject of the sofa was never acknowledged. We asked for fair compensation (equivalent to booking one of their standard apar**ents) but instead we were offered a one night credit for a future stay which is a very unprofessional way to effectively refuse acknowledgment of poor property maintenance and false advertising. Despite the great location, we won’t book with TLV2GO again and world encourage others to review the property fully before booking.
