We all love this stay very much. It was a great winter and we enjoyed everything here.

Wonderful scenery, outside and inside, and very high quality-standard hotel. Everything what you can dream of a luxury stay in Tyrolean mountains, including very good food and vert nice local wines. Not 5 stars, as noise level during the night in the room could improve

Amazing place. Beautiful setting. Great food. Staff can't do enough to keep you happy. Food was amazing.

Our experience was really memorable, the staff were very helpful and attentive, the food was superb I really liked the Italian dishes in particular it were really good like you in Italy , the breakfast was varied and the cook was really friendly. I need to mention to the high end facilities as well , the resort is very good for vacation and to have rest away from the stress.

My entire family loved the Interalpen Hotel. The grounds of the hotel are absolutely breathtaking. The service is impeccable. The views are stunning. We loved this hotel. It was very family friendly and we felt it met our every need. The breakfasts and dinners are top notch. The meal and housekeeping service was wonderful. The pool and spa area is incredible. We loved hanging around the hotel and didn't want to leave. But if you do choose to leave, there are a lot of fun family activities as well, like visiting Seefeld nearby, and if you have a car you can also visit Area 47 and the longest alpine coaster in the world. Thank you Interalpen Hotel for a lovely and luxurious stay.

Family trip. This is my 4th visit to this hotel. We spent a good 5000 EUR here this time, not a cheap stay. I used to love it, but I don't think I'll be coming back. Attention to detail and standard of service are not what they used to be, and staff was generally unhelpful. They know we are repeat guests - and yet they made zero effort to accommodate us. We gave us rooms in a low floor facing the back. There were no spa appointments (even days in advance) and the spa receptionist was impolite and non-apologetic. Dinner receptionist was unaccommodating to our request to move to different table. They charged us for wrong things at checkout and really made me argue, which I hate doing (they ultimately resolved the issue but made me feel terrible in the process). I don't like to complain during my hotel stays, but as someone who comes back here a lot I feel they could be more attentive.

Most gorgeous hotel EVER! When you first drive in you think you are in the lobby..driving into the lobby lol...But it's a garage disguised as a lower lobby. The rooms are magnificent and the views are the most spectacular you will ever see. The food is delicious..from the sushi/steak to the Austrian Hut....and the breakfast buffet is incredible. The spa? I have never had a massage like that...out of body experience....and the grotto, sauna and steam room below were quite the experience. If I only I could have stayed longer than 3 days.......

Exceptional is not the word for this spectacular hotel in the Tirol. From the remarkable welcome in the garage where multiple staff members await to escort your car, then onto the efficient reception clerks, this hotel is a marvel. Set in a high plateau with mountain views in every direction for miles, the exterior beauty makes appreciation of the stunning alpine decor rooms a challenge. Gorgeous wood panels and chalet furnishings remind a guest of old time charm but without sacrificing modern accoutrements in a beautiful marble bath. Food was delicious with a breakfast buffet I doubt we will ever find the equal for setting and variety. So too the spa did not disappoint but for a manicure that was an eye watering price! Still I left refreshed and renewed somehow not even that disappointed my nails had practically cost a fortune compared to all other more reasonably priced services. If you are seeking a destination unmatched in beauty, efficiency, pampering and attentive service, the Interalpen should be your resort of choice. If only for the crisp air so clean you feel your lungs have had a hoovering, beat a path to this hotel.

Everything great, great service. Great food, spa

I, my wife and our 7 years old daughter stayed in this hotel for 7 days at the beginning of August 2022. We stayed in a type 1 family suite, large enough with two toilets, with 2 balconies and with nice mountain view. The room and the public areas were very clean and well maintained (exception the gardens which were not very well kept). The hotel guests were from all the Europe, German speakers, Italian, French, English Speakers. Most of the personnel spoke a very good English, much better than in other places in Tyrol. Very large indoor swimming pool, the largest we saw in Tyrol but the temperature of the indoor pool was not very high, only 26-27 C, not 30 as they said, which was not enough. Very good outdoor pool, it had about 30 C, large enough for swimming, with water beds with jacuzzi all around. Concerning the breakfast, it was very good with a large variety of food, with the best traditional bacon, ham and sausages ever, very good cheese, enough hot dishes. Large variety of natural juices, yogurts, if you prefer a carbohydrate breakfast. Not enough vegetables and fruits at breakfast, only a small variety. Prosecco at breakfast very good. Dinner was very well presented, even exquisite, the chef tried hard to give us a refined food, which was pretty tasty. I may say, good wine (we tested only some kinds of rose), but very expensive compared with other 5 stars resorts in Tyrol. Juices and water are included at breakfast but you have to pay for them in the evening – it is strange! Very good service of the personnel and especially waiters who were very friendly, well trained and very good English speakers. Overall, the place where Interalpen is located, is very isolated, the closest village is at about 12-13 km distance and is not a very good place for bikers and hikers – you don’t have many options for hiking, you have to get a bus to arrive in Seefelfd where are more hiking trails and, if you are very active, you can get bored. Good childcare during the day also for kids who don’t speak German – dedicated persons at kidsclub but not at all outside activities except going every afternoon at the outside playground which was pretty boring. In the evening the activities for kids were not satisfactory, only cinema activities, most of them movies in German language, no disco, playing games, shows… so the majority of kids were running between tables or sleeping with the head on the table in the restaurant or in the bar. The outdoors sports activities for adults, are not enough, only a medium-light bike tour, 2 hiking tours. The indoor sport activities, very early in the morning or during lunch. Not enough activities for adults in the evening – it was very boring to stay at the bar (outside temperature was not friendly in the middle of august), just live music sometimes. Our second stay in this top class hotel did not disappoint. Good location, even the scenic twisting road leading up to the hotel is enjoyable. Arriving with your car IN the lobby remains special. Large rooms, friendly staff and pet friendly. Spacious garage is accessible for sportscars with low ground clearance.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, great friendly service and stunning Wellness and pool. The only problem I had was that there were too many noisy children here, even in the pool area for adults were children and I found it so annoying as they were loud and misbehaved. When I visit a hotel like this then I want peace and relaxation. I would have rated this hotel higher if it wasn't for the noisy kids. Our hotel room was also noisy as the children in the room nearby were running around making a noise. This hotel would be perfect if they didn't allow small kids and babies. At the restaurant were also noisy annoying children which had no manners and were too loud. Pity actually. Felt like I was in a kindergarten.If you want peace and relaxation then you won't find it here.

Fantastic, romantic, elegant, great service, on Top of a Montain, great view, excellent suites, A Grate kids club, Spa, Gym… amazing Breakfast, the rooms to perfection!, Bars, Live Music at night, Bring few nice close the place is Elegant and is worth dressing nice for the night.
