The room was great. Good size and clean. The halls were dirty, carpet stained and even parts of it torn up, a service door even taped shut. The hallway was definitely a different appearance from the rooms.

Easy checkin process. Clean room. We left very early the next morning but had no issues with getting to the airport on time. Close enough to airport but the area seemed pretty good as well. Industrial area.

My room was a last minute booking due to a flight delay on PHX. I'm grateful that they had room for me. The bed was clean and very comfortable. There were the usual small soap, shampoo & cond. Very basic coffee/tea machine. The microwave worked fine. Check in process was pleasant. The morning breakfast selection was pleasant, average also. On my floor, 1 room had the entire door frame being redone. My room had a large patch of bonding putty on the bottom corner of the bathroom door and also on the wall area inside the bathroom. Not sure if it's a structural thing or guest damage.
So I'm not quite sure why this is an 8.8 rated hotel, more like just average 6.5-7.

The temperature was over 90 degrees when we entered the room. The heating/cooling unit was blowing extremely hot air into the room. When I contacted the desk, we were quickly moved into another room.

The building needs improvements and the cleanness needs immediate attention. The whole building stinks and not healthy.

The area around the hotel was safe and in a convenient location. Being by the airport you couldnt hear the planes.
The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. It was clean. The room was a little outdated. The walls were a little thin. You could hear pipes going and people. It was a good stay.

The hotel advertised that it has an airport shuttle but they call a Lyft and it costs $13. The room we had was adequate but there was no hot water in the evening and we couldn’t figure out the fan system until it was too late so we had a poor night’s sleep as it felt very stuffy. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience.

Very comfortable and safe. Comfy bed with pillows top. Pillows also comfy. Bed light and reading light options. Big TV screen but remote is missing guides button.
Parking seems safe, There's fence surrounding the building.
Responsive and nice front desk even at midnight.
Outdoor pool is not really heated. Fitness room has treadmill, rowing machine and pull machine, no weight lifting.
Room and carpet is clean and doesn't have any smells. AC or heater is quite. Room also feels quite without road noise very good noise insulation.
Room has sofa for extra sleep. Bathroom is big enough.
I didn't find any pet fur, thank you people for not bringing your pet stay at this hotel.
You'll very satisfied in this hotel.
