I’m a regular costumer, its a very comfortable place, the bedroom are big and you can find everything you need to do a very nice stay. It’s located in a beautiful area and closer to everything you need

We chose this hotel because Temuco was our first stop on our trip to the South of Chile. The hotel keeps the good things, very clean, large rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. Highly recommended. We went with our kids, so, connectiing rooms are great !

Habitaciones amplias, baño muy bien equipado, con todos los detalles que puedas necesitar. Pese a que había un evento esa. noche, en sus salones, no se escuchó ningún ruido en la habitación. piscina temperada, si no llevas gorra, la puedes adquirir en el lugar. Desayuno variado, tienen galletas de arroz, para dieta sin gluten. Personal atento. Estacionamiento disponible. Muy bien ubicado,

Excelente ubicación. Muy buena atención. Habitaciones amplias muy bien equipadas. Pese a estar en un complejo de ****** con espectáculos el sonido no llega a habitaciones. El parking es techado. Vigilancias por cámara. No se de hechos delictivos como nos ocurrió en el hotel ****** de Concepcion (no ir!!) El desayuno muy bieno. 2 restaurantes. La Tranquera muy completo y bien atendido. Valor acorde al servicio. El costo de hab triple fue de U$ 130
