剛到點退房阿姨就瘋狂催你趕緊退房！！！晚一兩分鐘都不行！！！！一大早阿姨在走廊歡聲笑語我都快瘋了 明知道自己酒店隔音不好！！！！！不好 超級不好的酒店！！！！床頭沒插座的！！！插座竟然安排在電視機那邊！！！什麼設計呀！！

設施：晚上鶴壁是ktv，非常吵，而且空調開了三四個小時左右就不製冷了！
衞生：衞生一般般，有蠻多灰塵的，廁所有點臟，臭，有黴味
環境：周邊蠻多吃的，方便，有付費停車場

圖片沒有拍 可以説優點的話就便宜 缺點就是房間裏沒有紙巾 前台態度惡劣硬是説要100按金 我當時衹有50塊都不肯 無語搞得我好像要弄什麼一樣 死也不肯 退房的時候那個前台態度就好點 總結就是 優點便宜 缺點很多 數不勝數

客觀評價，這個酒店有一個戴眼鏡的微胖女前台服務不好，適合幹事業單位，不適合幹服務，自己是大爺一樣，給人一種很生硬的感覺，別的前臺中年女的服務比她強很多，別人可以到了她這裏就不行

酒店位置好，處於繁華地段，吃東西，購物方便，好停車，但要收費，應該是市政管理的停車位，酒店乾淨，床上用品舒適，空調有點舊了，制熱時噪音大，有點影響睡眠了，性價比一般，
