When I booked this room, I thought it was a good deal because it was Teresina - the description and other ratings led me to believe it would be nice. Turns out it was a "good deal" only because it was a barely livable, rundown hotel. The staff were pretty good - they didn't come to clean the room every day as expected, but when I asked them to, they got it done. The parking attendant opened the gate late at night to let us in without having to get out and go to reception. When I asked, I was able to get an upgraded room for the difference in price...not that the "upgrade" was very noticeable, aside from having more space. Despite having a hot AND cold water knob, the temperature of the water was pretty much the same either way...and the extra room attached had no AC, so it wasn't very useful. The free breakfast was worth every penny, but I can't say much beyond that. At least the door lock and toilet were functional in the upgraded room... Bottom line is you can save a lot of money here if you want a minimal housing experience...if you're not a minimalist, look elsewhere.

O hotel é péssimo. Paguei quase 250 reais em um quarto cheio de mofo, cama velha, móveis velhos. O espelho do quarto que ficamos é velho todo estragado. Os estofados são fedidos. Foi uma experiência péssima desde a chegada até a saída.
O café da manhã é horroroso. Peguei um pão com cheiro fortíssimo. Sem contar que não tem variedades e se você quiser pedir algo que não esteja exposto você tem que pagar adicional.
A piscina não é o que vendem, é horrível água suja.
E alguns funcionários mal educados.
Parece que o hotel parou no tempo. O cheiro de mofo e coisa velha é pra todo lado.
Esse hotel sinceramente foi minha maior decepção de Teresina.
