Very efficient friendly staff. It was a brief stay for leisure and this hotel had everything I needed and was spotless clean. The location is convenient to restaurants and activities.

Very good, easy parking

We never got to check in. It was after 4 and the rooms were not ready so I lost my money and didn’t get a room!!

Hotel was overbooked so it was a bit of a frenzy to actually get checked into the hotel with multiple upset families in the lobby when we arrived. Staff was openly complaining about the situation. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived even though it was already after 8. Hotel isn’t in great repair, several lights were burnt out in the room.

I checked in at 7pm and my room wasn’t ready. The hostess stated it would be 30-45mins until their staff could clean my room due to manning shortages. Once I did get my keys 30mins later, I went to my room to find it had another customers baggage already in it. I then had to wait another 30mins before I received another room. I wasn’t the only customer who faced those challenges that night. Five other families waited for rebooked rooms.

Lumpy bed. The breakfast was lacking. No fruit, no yogurt, one brand cereal, no gravy for biscuits.

The room wasn’t properly stocked. No toilet paper and absolutely no bath linens. Stay elsewhere when in the area

Our group has used this hotel twice now and it has been a pleasure both times. Plan on using them next year for our annual meeting.

Disappointed in quality of this property. I have to say that the young lady at the front desk did everything she could to accomadate all the guest! She earned 4 stars for her effort. While I waites to check in a guest was changing rooms for a second time due to cleanliness. My room was ok, but didn't gave towels and AC wasn't working. I didn't switch because from what I heard, other rooms could have been worse. Its obvious how IHG is a multi million dollar corporation... focus on profit over quality. The name Holiday Inn once meant more. Over the last 3 weeks I have stayed at 3 other properties in the Texarkana area and this hotel would be the 4th rated of the 4. Best Western, Comfort Suites, and Country Inn and Suites all were better properties. An inconvenience was also an over filled parking lot of trucks with trailer or long box trucks. Multiple parking places were taking by a handful of vehicles. I guess its a nice truck stop?

The AC did not work. The phone didn’t work. The front desk assisted the best they could and the breakfast was out of everything. We only paid $75 for the night so you get what you pay for and I didn’t want to complain too much, but AC would have been very nice.

My husband and I booked a room on 3/02/24 at 11:50 pm. Upon any entering the room we saw there was no towels to take a shower with in the room. I went down to the front desk to ask for towels and the gentleman said they didn't have any. I asked him what he go look. He brought back one bath towel. And stated there were no hand towels or washcloths available. So we were not able to take a shower. He basically told me we had to figure it out on our own it wasn't his problem. This is the most horrendous service I ever had in my life.

Booked specifically for the "indoor pool". Needless to say, my kids were extremely disappointed when the glass from two windows was permanently removed making it roughly 50 degrees in the pool room. The water was frigid. We put our feet in the hot tub for a few minutes before going back to the room. Don't list as an indoor pool if it is unable to be used in the winter or on cold days.

Tiles in bathroom floor coming up. Rust in the toilet paper holder. Indoor pool was so clos we was not able to swim. There was window completely busted out in pool room. I was expecting a lot better from a place like this.

I have stayed before at Holiday Inn, and I do like holiday Inn, however this stay was terrible, the faucet from the restroom was leaking, a/c heater was not working, bed was dirty and not comfortable, not coffee pot in the room, I told to make our room and they didn’t
