The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was older but clean however showers for three days were barely warm, never hot. Also the breakfast was minimal yet they started taking it down early and not replenishing it at all. This to me demonstrates a Management not focused on a good customer experience. Whether you go down to get coffee or get food, at 7am or 9am, we pay the same room rate. So why show such disregard for those who follow the rules and show up during bfast hours and have picked over food, juice and coffee machine shut down, refrigerator items all removed or not restocked, waffle machine unplugged, etc. The little bit of money you are trying to save but not trying to serve all your patrons is not worth the bad impression and negative reviews.
