Incredibly dishonest instead of telling us that their terminal is not working, they ask us to redo a reservation on the trip app when they don't know how this app works. Very angry at this dishonest hotel. I lost 100€ because of this…

Serious efforts to make! Doubtful hygiene. Dirty bedspread, crumpled sheets (?) Shower support and broken toilet seat, missing a towel .... very very disappointed.

In short, we arrive in the room and the disaster… the TV does not work, the bathroom door does not close, the shower hose leaks so when turning on the water everything is sprayed and finally there are stains on toilet

Nothing that motivates horrible, zero placement, zero service, zero rooms, very expensive price compared to the service. I pay no more than 20 euros for this type of hotel. Hotel in a desert. No Restaurant

Accueilli par un réceptionniste qui a fumé un joint, l'odeur et son comportement le trahissant.
J'ai mis 20 minutes a avoir la carte d'accès, je n'ai jamais mis autant de temps.
L'hôtel est délabré, le matelas ne ressemble pas à un matelas, beaucoup plus a une branche.
La douche et les toilettes, en cabine de bateau, sont sale.
Le petit déj, pas top , mais c'est rarement bon dans les hôtels.
