The hotel was wonderful. We really enjoyed the location of the hotel, which is really close to the tourist spot, railway stations and Yodoyabashi metro station. It was really convenient. Moreover, the hotel is surrounded by various restaurants and cafes, which work till late night. Not only Japanese cuisine, but also Italian and many others.
However, breakfast was the same every day. It seemed a little boring. I would love to have some fruits for morning.

進房就發現房間沒打掃乾淨，非常影響心情，不想折騰，故電話前台，立馬前來打掃乾淨，等好久才來清掃。由於本人疏忽，將內衣遺留在房間。但是本人苦苦等待兩天都沒有接到任何亞朵的電話。出了這個錢，連這個服務都享受不到？難到連打個電話詢問一下都那麼難嗎？遺忘的東西要不要是我的事！真的非常失望。

酒店新裝修的，但是電梯巨慢，出行返回等待時間很長；辦了金卡會員明明送了早餐，但是早上去吃的時候卻被告知沒有早餐不能吃….

服務不好，設施不好，冰箱壞了找客服，根本不理不管。早餐及其難吃！打掃衞生後不給水不給飲料，不給浴袍，問了客服裝傻充愣！沒住過這麼差的亞朵！

衞生一般般。服務真的不行，我去了報名字説查不到訂單，非要看我訂單訊息，而且聽服務員説，是兩家酒店共用一個前台，不知道我訂的哪家店的，我明確説了我是訂的哪兒的，訂房確認短訊都給他看了，還不行，非得要看我app的訂單訊息，最後我説如果你再説查不到訂單的話，那我就直接給平台打電話投訴到店無預訂了，結果一説這話，就查到訂單了！太神奇了！！！
