圖片與房間實際不符、衞生條件差浴缸臟牆皮裸露到處都是污漬、電視打不開換了一次房，服務態度差、效率低。從下午四點四十辦理入住開始，各種等待、打掃、換房、談判折騰到快七點，最後也沒有給出有誠意的方案。不知道是來度假還是來渡劫。
【特意從北京趕到天津來度假的，到的時候已經下午了，我問酒店負責人為什麼圖片與房間不一致，一會説裝修過了，一會説房型差異，實際上我觀察應該是偷偷把兩居室套房的圖片掛在一居室套房上面了。我要求賠償，負責人毫無歉意“你住了就代表你認可了，不喜歡你當時為什麼不退”
擺脱，我從北京開車幾個小時來天津泡温泉，行程都安排好了，你這貨不對板我臨時上哪找地方住？這是郊區附近沒幾家酒店，衹能湊合一晚啊，但是我湊合不代表你衞生不達標、圖片欺詐就要強行認可啊】
設施：貨不對板，圖片欺詐。訂的一居室套房，進門發現房間又小又破，傢俱都小一圈，户型完全不一樣，要穿過牆面和床墊的一條小縫才能進到廁所裏。給我換來換去都沒有圖片上的那樣。以次充好。
衞生：極差。第一次去的三層的套房，地磚上一大攤污漬，地毯臟得發黑，沒有床架，床墊直接攤在臟臟的地毯上。浴缸四周發黃，用手一摸滑膩膩的一層。牆皮脱落、垃圾裸露。好不容易叫保潔打掃了發現電視打不開，又等了20分鐘，結果還是修不好讓我換房。
服務：極差，整個樓的工作人員衹有一名保潔+一名前台，辦理入住等了20多分鐘。
在我提出圖片跟房價不一致時，來來回回有三四個人跟我談，除了跟磨我浪費我時間，提不出任何有誠意的方案。
環境：跟温泉是兩棟樓，來往需要等觀光車接送，很麻煩。

主打一個性價比。第一次去可能會不習慣，進門先要換拖鞋拿手牌才能到客房。温泉池子多，水乾淨，飲料水果自助，休息區影院，桌球，KTV，遊戲一應俱全，早午晚餐還有宵夜，種類豐富，味道不錯。

整體還是不錯，特別是對小朋友比較友好，房間裝修偏日式風格，簡約，該有的都有私湯的設施比團泊湖強不少，前台的王安彤小姐姐很有責任心，好評，

環境不錯，自助餐也很好。就是温泉水質太差了，泡澡温泉後就感覺腳趾不舒服，又癢又痛，回家當天腳面就紅腫了，今天第三天整個腳面都紅腫了，腫的有點嚇人，上葯膏也不管用，走路都痛，明天得上大醫院看看了！

床單有污漬打給前台 前台讓阿姨直接給換了 還可以 衞生還是重點 非常不好的是我點外賣讓外賣送到後面副樓 一個不帶眼鏡的小平頭挺黑的大叔不讓送我問為什麼告訴我後面是員工通道 那後面明明是停車場和水理湯舍 我就讓外賣送到門口 我下樓拿 這麼熱的天非地讓我跑前面的樓拿 這位保安大叔請您想一想要是您這麼熱的天會跑那麼遠拿外賣嗎？ 我為什麼點外賣不就是為了下樓就能拿到 您到好還讓我跑那麼遠去拿 您真牛
