位置不錯，可以俯瞰海河還有天津之眼。老闆人也很熱情。房子很文藝範兒。鞦韆很舒服，坐上看書玩手機都很愜意。性價比很高，離天津之眼很近，適合情侶出遊。

第一次訂民宿，報着試試的心裏，結果真的顛覆了我的想象，真心不錯，衞生，環境，都不錯，更關鍵的是離摩天輪很近！服務也很貼心

房間比較舒適，客廳有個帳篷，感覺適合帶孩子。
小區位置不錯，離摩天輪很近，兩個卧室可以看見摩天輪，美中不足的是看不到全景。
入住是自助的，挺方便的。
衞生間提供了洗面奶卸粧油，老闆很細心，雖然沒用，但是還是點贊這份細心。
最後説一點不太滿意的地方，就是空調有點年久了，我們住的這間空調聲音太大了，關了太熱，不關又太吵
作為民宿，很不錯了，如果能提供一個小冰箱夏天會更棒！

我和朋友出行聚會選擇了兩居室，老闆非常熱心，提前跟我們確認行程和到達的時間，還詳細的告訴我怎麼從高鐵到達，提前安排好了房間，給了進門密碼，到了之後直接入住非常便捷。民宿位置非常好，在一個居民小區裏，房間裏可以直接看到摩天輪，而且房間佈置了小孩子喜歡的裝飾和玩具，我們帶了兩個孩子，住的非常開心。房間在25層，視野特別好 客廳還有投影我們看了綜藝節目，夜裡叫了外賣也很方便，洗澡設備完善，出水很沖，很舒服，床也很舒服，夜裡非常安靜睡的很好，退房的時候還請老闆幫忙寄存了行李箱，最後走的時候老闆給我們把行李箱送到一層大廳，非常周到。這邊附近離景點也很方便。這樣的民宿我覺得非常適合朋友家人一起出行，就像住在家裡一樣，非常舒適，衞生間的洗漱用品也非常齊全，空間夠大。

房間佈置跟宣傳圖片一模一樣，乾淨整潔，洗漱用品 配套設施齊全，房東回覆很是及時，溝通順暢。此次入住非常滿意，主要是房子的具體位置實在太讚了，走路到天津之眼和遊船碼頭不超過十分鐘，晚上逛逛夜市也超級方便。

圖一中，摩天輪旁邊第四個樓！就是所在
首先環境，一進屋能看到一個搖椅，很不錯
卧室很温馨，
我首先要誇一下，裏面的小配備，很有生活氣息
洗髮沐浴，牙具，洗面奶。剃鬚，卸粧用品
就很奈斯！雖然有的東西可能自帶了！但是如果你忘記帶了，就很棒！比如棉簽，頭繩，卸粧棉
遙控器盒子裏麪還藏了一個充電器！

位置特別好，就在天津之眼的對面，屋裡能直觀的看到。
價格也還好，畢竟一家人出來，附近酒店家庭房不好定。
環境實話實説一般，傢俱基本都是租房的那種狀態，挨着馬路，車流量大，休息不好。
各有利弊吧。
老闆人不錯，挺周到的，所以給箇中肯的評價。

在攜程上看到這個介紹，真實體驗感真的很不錯，房間乾淨明亮，摩天輪近在咫尺。特別是服務要給大大的贊！因為我們多是老年人，店家看到訂單後及時聯繫我修改了更方便更合適的房間，下樓不遠就是遊輪碼頭，還熱心告訴我怎麼定遊輪票，哪裡上船，管家大叔在大門口接到我們後，看到我們帶的輪椅壞了，主動為我們借了一個輪椅，極大的方便了我們的出行，更多熱心解答我們諮詢的問題，出門在外，遇到這樣熱心的人真是讓我們感動！

這次天津之行我們定了天津之眼麥芽庭美宿，店主非常好，把注意事項都一一交代好，到了之後還特意派人來接我們入住。房間收拾的很乾凈，還在衞生間很貼心的準備了棉簽，化粧棉，皮筋。小區環境很好，在房間裏就能看到天津之眼。真是太美了。
