We had a wonderful time in this hotel. Ms JianXia Xu from reception helped us with our additional requests patiently and efficiently; all the staffs are friendly and helpful; we saw one of the best views of Tianjin city through our windows; we love the robotic room service. Will definitely visit again!

Good hotel. Only inconvenient: they didn't accepted the payment through Trip.com, they consider that payment, so they requested payment when I was checking out. The money payed in Trip.com was returned, but they should have explained this before, through the system.

Great ambience and location. Near scenic spots are Few good Museums, grand theatre and Happy Jin. If you need peace and tranquility in your stay, this is the hotel I would recommend. A little away from the hustle and crowd of the city with a good comm network (metro). The only inconvenience was not having any mall or convenience stores nearby. Service was excellent.

先説説優點
價格實惠：五一來住的因為不是在景區，所以價格很多，湖景房638一晚。
環境優美：窗外就是一個綠色大湖，心曠神怡。
交通方便：離五號線六號線文化中心很近，博物館自然博物館也是步行能到的地方。
再説説缺點：
離景區比較遠：除了博物館在附近，離五大道有2.5公里，離意大利風情街等地方就更遠了。
周邊餐廳少：酒店有兩個餐廳我都沒吃不好評價。周圍1.5公里內都沒有什麼正餐餐廳和早餐點，覓食會辛苦點。
Ps：五一去的前兩天樓下會有早餐攤，有包子油條煎餅果子等等，價格雖然貴一些，但是挺乾淨的，可惜5號早上就沒了。
總體來説這個酒店比較適合商務人士來住，對於來旅遊的性價比整體還是很高的，畢竟同期濱江道的桔子水晶都要過千了，但出行吃飯需要稍微花點功夫。

非常幸運，選擇了這家酒店。
地點: 臨湖，周邊環境絕佳👍🏻；大劇院，天津博物館，自然博物館，萬象城，過馬路就是。
方便: 早上在一樓大堂有酒店大廚現場做煎餅餜子🤭，花着早點鋪的錢💰，享受星級酒店的風景和服務，連吃兩天。
服務: 這裏特別感謝一下，前台一位姓“滿”的經理，看我們帶倆孩子，給予我們的服務和關照！特別感謝🙏🙏🙏

非常滿意的入住，唯一缺點是酒店面向湖的那邊西曬，所以下午不敢把窗簾拉開了，否則房間會很熱，即使開空調了。設施方面沒有健身房游泳池是遺憾

一個是空調壞了
還有個是浴池有很大的黴味
雖然大廳的裝修還可以，但是屋裡的裝修感覺像80年代的，還有就是賓水道轉友誼路不能轉，繞路要繞很遠
