環境確實不錯 但是這個酒店是真的沒有服務 沒有前台 靠微信聯繫 有時候微信也不回 真醉了 讓我們自己收拾衞生 我自己收拾垃圾 我住你這個啊 我真服昂 隔音也不怎麼樣 自己看唄 最後讓我自己拿了三十塊錢的保潔費 説他們加了一個小時 但是 我們真的已經把垃圾都收拾好了 都放一起了 直接拿出去就好 還讓我們怎麼收拾呢 我直接給你把地啥的都擦了得了唄 退了七十的按金 小刀拉屁股開了眼了 住酒店還要自己收拾衞生 老闆真是個好人啊 哈哈哈 這是一個四人間 我們六個人確實是多 可以直接説因為人多加我三十塊 我不會説什麼 但是垃圾是真的不多 乾淨的很 別裝

房間沒有空調很冷，地暖不熱，房間掉牆皮，浴缸在陽台，無窗簾。聯繫前台後，房間實在太冷，扛不住降低房間檔次也沒有相應補償，房間隔音效果不好，別人咳嗽也能聽到，半夜聽樓上吵架至四點，唯一優點，可延遲退房至下午兩點，

太棒了，這次入住很開心，酒店電影很多想看的都有，而且購物很方便樓下有便利蜂和超市，到了晚上外面的景色也很好，酒店價格也很親民！下次還回來的！

1.入住：要求兩點以後才能開房間，一點到了行李放前台，直到晚上六點才放到屋子裡，原因是一種要做鐘點房，商家明確表示衹有人來了才能開房間，人不來就還有鐘點房客人。 2. 配備:沒有免費的水 ，沒有紙巾，毛巾一股味道（幸虧自己帶了），床墊子上有個褥子，稍微一動就搓成一團。 3. 退房：要求12必須走，晚一小時40元（關於這點看了下之前微信描述是30），按金要兩點半我催了才退 4.服務：這個店沒有服務！打掃衞生你要主動要！入住和退房完全沒有商量的餘地，可能這家店主賣鐘點房的，懂得都懂，入住慎重吧！ 最後還舔的臉想要好評，出差這麼多年第一次遇見這麼奇葩的，呵呵了，住過的自己品吧！

經常去天津出差海河附近住過好幾個酒店公寓，這個是最差的一個。第一虛假宣傳，房間也就20-30平吧，房型裏面寫的有50多第二寫的是影院公寓，電視都看不了，找客服説找人看看，一晚上都沒人，第三被太薄了，不是像一般酒店公寓那種羽絨被，還有按金説是最晚2點退，都快3點了，不找去哪網客服就不給退，總之很差再也不會來了
