Some facilities in the hotel need to be improved, the sockets, the refrigerator are old, the central air conditioner is a bit noisy, and the bathroom is much colder than the room. Our Apartment was very well kept, neat, clean and tidy. The units are well equipped, with all the basic appliances, such as Fridge / Freezer, Washing machine and Microwave. The apartment has a kitchenette, dining area, lounge, bedroom and bathroom. There is also a huge terrace with city views. The bathroom has a compact, yet very comfortable bathtub. The water temperature and pressure is perfect. Guests have access to the Gymnasium, Breakfast Lounge and Book Lounge. We will visit again in future.

Excellent customer service as soon as you walk in, English speaking and friendly. The room was very nice and came with a bathtub with a shower head and tap. The buffet wasn't great, but it wasn't bad, some decent choices, but more Chinese than Western food if any. The hotel is a few minutes from Xiaobailou Subway Station and it's pretty central for downtown travel - restaurants, the scenic areas etc. Overall, a great experience, place and people. Highly recommend

Westin hotel facilities, service angel quality, and some business hotels are very different. A wide variety of breakfasts, new room facilities, comfortable beds, and overall excellent value for money was a very satisfying experience. Extra bed available, parking at the door, close to several subway stations, 7 or 8 minutes walk.

We stayed in the Deluxe King room with a city view and had an excellent stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. Every single staff member was unbelievably professional and kind, from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff. The food was delicious and the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of Western and Chinese options. We also enjoyed interesting cocktails in the lounge bar.
