首先辦理入住時，前台有兩個接待員其中一個沒戴口罩的説話吊兒郎當的，連最基本的“請”字都不説，第一句話就是那你把身份證給我，其次到房間之後去衞生間一看都驚呆了，上衞生間洗澡很不方便，房間面積過小，衞生巾甚至連彎腰的地方都沒有；緊接着晚上休息隔壁房間一屋子男男女女非常吵鬧，我致電前台希望酒店員工可以幫忙協調一下，前台員工説“我們上去看看”後來就沒有消息了，期間也沒有人來協調此事，致電前台也沒人接電話，是同行朋友去大堂找的工作人員，凌晨1點才來勸阻，這件事算是告一段落，第二天早上7天，頭頂又傳來了施工聲音，我下面會附視頻請酒店管理人員仔細聽聽，整體來説酒店服務質量不行，再一個就是房間隔音很不好，在走廊裏路過都可以聽到房間裏的説話聲。房間一晚上小300元，真不值這個價。請各位來天水旅遊的朋友注們，謹慎選擇。人生第一次寫差評獻給坤逸·時光酒店。

房間的衞生真的是一絕了！！！ 原本定的普通大床房，網圖顯示還挺好，辦理完入住之後，房間連個轉身的地方都沒有，而且安排的是電梯口。敢相信？？？ 緊接着想着補差價換個房間，結果還是電梯口？？？行吧，衹要房間大可以接受。豪大這個房間進去和普通大床房還是有區別的。本以為可以了，緊接着，枕套不換嗎！？？？ 上一個人的口水還在上面？？？掀開被子，床單給人鋪的壞的？？打發乞丐呢？？ 床單是壞的，誰能理解？？？ 到了二半夜，隔壁把人能吵死，打電話給前台，夜班人員就説上去看看，敷衍了事呢？？ 一直吵，我問能解決不？直接掛斷電話，等打電話給前台，夜班服務人員直接不接電話，就誰敢信？？？ 沒辦法吵的不行，然後去前台，夜班人員説剛去忙了，那你看未接不回電的嗎？？基本的服務和禮貌都沒？？？ 我問她值班經理呢，讓出來解決問題，給我直接一句 值班經理下班了！？？？ 難道坤逸非法經營！？？？那就太……？ 真的很無語，很差的一次體驗，房間、服務都是極大的差評！！！ 這裏的坤逸着實讓人不敢恭維！！！ 極差，巨差！！！

酒店位置很好，出門兩分鐘就是伏羲廟，步行五分鐘到天水古城，三分鐘到小布達拉宮的馬路上。酒店也很新，所以感覺衞生還不錯，設施也很好，晾衣服方便。缺點就是雙床房比較小，但是雙床可以挪動，可以增加使用空間。雙床房的衞生間很小，但是還算能接受吧。房間的大轉椅太佔地方了，建議換成小椅子，增加房間空間。打車到高鐵站34元大概20分鐘。總體還是很不錯的，優點大於缺點，推薦入住。

房子很小，電視櫃很奇葩，房間隔音差，住的房子右邊是電梯，左邊是樓梯，外面人的悄悄話感覺都能聽到。大床房一個被子，想再要個被子，告知客房下班了，她無權決定，攜程訂前電話説可延期退房到三點，最後現場説的是攜程沒有明確標示的無法隨意更改退房時間。都是規定。房子唯一優點，離景點較近。不過天水出租起步價也就5元，建議可以訂稍遠點的好一點酒店，打車前往景點，既享受好的服務，也少走路。

在西安玩了五天，刷視頻刷到麥積石窟就在西安附近就想去看看，坐高鐵1小時40分鐘到達甘肅天水市南站，這裡是伏羲和女媧娘娘的故鄉。伏羲廟又在天水市區中心，所以我先到天水市中心住了一晚選擇了這家酒店，服務員説新開一年的酒店，裏面非常乾淨，設施齊全還配有智能語音開關。前台小姐姐很熱情有問必答，離伏羲廟市博物館天水古城玉泉觀都非常近。吃東西也方便，麪好大一碗現拉現煮很好吃，衹是那邊點的牛肉麪裏沒牛肉，要肉得加價買，哈哈😄。麥積石窟很值得去這一趟。

酒店附近就是伏羲廟，天水市博物館，玉泉觀，李廣私宅，天水古城，旅遊者選擇非常合適。酒店房間整體佈局合理，面積雖小卻沒有逼仄的感覺。亮點是大窗子，可以實現冬日暖陽，通風窗口也留的科學又恰當，床上用品柔軟舒服，要是能放一個蕎麥皮或決明子的枕頭，就能睡得更香甜了！小建議是：衞生間做個乾濕分離吧。
