住了兩次，第一次，忘記了一條小小的金項鍊，剛開始去問的時候，他們都説沒看見，後面説了好久，他們還是拿出來了，第二次忘了一瓶洗面奶在那裡，沒有退還，而且服務員還説我那東西不值幾塊錢，我的洗面奶是200多塊錢買的
