雖然第一次去天柱，但印象很好。特別是消費很合理，甚至比起凱里都要好吃。酒店的位置很便利，去哪裡都很方便……晚上走到馬路上，感受這座城市的寧靜與祥和。酒店有種家的感覺，畢竟老家的房子也是這樣的，房間裏的大床很舒適，空調也很給力，廁所很寬敞，可容三五人一起洗澡，而且沒有異味。唯獨就是晚上碰見一衹小強，其他的都很好，個人建議秋天爬蟲活動也很頻繁，最好在客人入住前除了打掃衞生也需要做好防蟲措施。

服務阿姨反覆催了我好幾次退房，沒到點一直催，時間沒到，還讓我到樓下去坐着，説了好幾次，什麼服務？退房時間沒到，我讓他先搞了衞生，説停了雨我就退房，還一直讓我下去下去
