The cleanliness of the guest room was even worse. It was not just dirty. I felt that the room cleaner didn't clean up the cigarette ashes and hair... I didn't want it. I booked two double-bed rooms and went to the hotel to check in at 11pm. The front desk kept asking me to wait and said there were no rooms left. After waiting for more than half an hour, they said they only had one room and they said they would give us an extra bed. We didn't agree, so a manager came downstairs and asked us to take a shower first, then go to the fourth floor to find him, and he made arrangements. After taking a shower, he told us that we only had one room.
