What a disappointment, we booked this hotel online for our trip to Boy Camp for our son's birthday, and the reviews looked pretty good. The hotel had a pool supposedly, but it was closed due to lack of maintenance and was all dirty and yucky which fitted the state of the rest of the outdoor facility where there were lots of trash, overfilled trash cans, and lots of signs of this hotel not being taken care of or upheld. The room itself was fine and clean like a Motel 6 but not as well upheld with fridge, cable tv, and that stuff, the bed was fine, but the pillows were lumpy and super uncomfortable. The number one safety tip on the sleeve for the key said to use the deadbolt on the door, ours was broken and part of it missing. There was no table in the room so we decided to use the outdoor space with tables and chairs to enjoy our dinner, but it was dirty with lots of trash on the ground. We didn't have super high expectations, but for $160 a night this place is a DUMP, and not how we had hoped to celebrate a kid's special day. Now to see what breakfast looks like, we were told it's to go, so we expect dry bagels/muffins, I hope I am wrong. So we decided to head out early and grabbed the ”breakfast” bags on the way out which contained a small orange, a hard mini muffin, and a granola bar, so barely a snack for growing boys as they put it. Needless to say, we went to a nearby store and bought breakfast. All in all a huge disappointment and we will for sure never stay there again, I mean if the owners can't even clean the pool for the 4th of July weekend, seriously 😒Such a dirty and disappointing place.

This is not a COVID review in anyway. This is a review on the employees and their customer services. We are left with an additional $365 bill on our plate because they did not inform us of parking lot accommodations. The individuals at the front mentioned that the lower parking lot was theirs, however they rent it out to the apartment complexes next to them. Their comment was, “well it looks like everyone else found a parking spot.” The “everyone else” this individual is referring to are parking in fire-lane. No information given. Just here’s your number and all deniability. Blamed it on the apartment complexes when it’s their parking lot.

This hotel has the normal breakfast and a comfortable bed, and it’s clean. Sadly the room I’m in, needs maintenance and replacement of frayed items. The shower curtain is ripped in several places, the desk chair is terribly worn, the sink is cracked, and there’s peeling paint above the sink backsplash. There’s a long crack in the wall next to the tub. They seem short on staff at the front desk. I know COVID has impacted everything, but they’re charging full price for a place that seems to be barely making it.

I have had 5 rooms for a celebrity who was staying at your hotel and we had a fundraising event for a cancer hospital. We were not able to get the ballroom and your event mngmnt team got back to us very late. I was surprised by how difficult it was for us to get our event at your ballroom. Later we heard you are sold out and the girl I called to make the reservations, but i was able to secure 5 rooms for my guests. One of the guests was very upset, he was not able to sleep due to the ridiculous noise coming from outside all night long. People were walking and talking in the hallway. He even complained to the FD. I have got 5 rooms and paid over $3k where i could have gotten my rooms way cheaper from Marriot across the street, i thought your hotel is the best in this area but i was wrong. FD at check-in was amazing, The guy at the desk was very helpful, the manager was nice, Kiran was good. Jehoce the supervisor at the desk was amazing.

The hotel location is very convenient and is next to Hwy exit. It is a quite neighborhood area. The facility maintains very well and the room is very comfortable and clean. The hotel persons are very friendly and helpful. It is a highly recommended hotel.

Super friendly staff here. Everyone was very accommodating, especially Mitzy who checked us in and gave us the lowdown. We were looking for a hotel to stay in just outside of Portland and this Doubletree location was near perfect. The neighborhood felt safe so we didn't have to worry about our cars getting broken into. Would come back if we visit Portland again!

My visit this time was tad different. The heater didn't warm the room all the way, but I understand they had a slight power outage, with storm. I love how clean and lots of wash clothes were available to use! Thank you so much for your kindness and having a last minute room open. God bless
