I stayed at work. From Tokorozawa Station, it is convenient to be located in front of the road across the road. I think it is a little higher than the recent chain business hotel. The cooling/heating in the room is not very controlled, and there is a smell in the corridor of the room. However, it is in an excellent location. There are everything around, including convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, department stores, stations...there are many parking lots around. There are hotels, but they can only park small cars. If given the chance, I would still choose this hotel.

I made a reservation to stay after an event at the Belluna Dome. There are hardly any hotels around the dome and I had heard that it would be difficult to get on the train after the event, so it was good to be able to stay somewhere I could walk home. I was also able to leave my luggage in advance which was helpful as I could move around lightly. It was quite a hill from the station to the hotel, so it was quite tiring to move around with a suitcase, but it wasn't impossible! The room was clean and the staff were friendly and kind, so I had a comfortable stay. I will definitely use this hotel again when I attend an event at the Belluna Dome!

Fuji could be seen, and I was very satisfied because it was a hot spring. ➂ Service Overall, the staff was nice to talk to me when I felt in trouble. Free drinks and bread are provided depending on the time of day, and you can take it back to your room. What was disappointing was the restaurant, and it was a big minus that it took a lot of time to serve. I wonder if it took more than ３０ minutes to provide the sashimi. ＳＤＧｓ I think it should be enlightened, but what this hotel is doing is clearly a cost reduction named ＳＤＧｓ. It is because guests stay at a high price hotel to experience the extraordinary feeling, and I think that the real pleasure of staying at a hotel is to enjoy the equipment and amenities that the hotel is particular about. Even so, this hotel stingy with a toothbrush. (One ５００ You can choose whether to buy a high bamboo toothbrush or bring it with you in the mystery of the yen) There are only the minimum amenities in the room. (In this price range, I think it's okay to enhance lotion and emulsion a little more. It's a lineup similar to a business hotel. Of course, it's of a reasonable quality ...) These are at the rooftop spa. There were all the menity, but it seems that it will be reduced in the future from the viewpoint of ＳＤＧｓ (even though I pay an extra fee ...) The restaurant gave the child a paper straw, but The child will soon be chewed and useless, so as a result, it will be a large consumption of straws. I was really wondering if this was ＳＤＧｓ. Anyway, it's a pity that it was a result of being forced to endure and unreasonable. .. I wondered if I could not easily extract the goodness of ＳＤＧｓ a little more flexibly and provide it to customers instead of forcing ＳＤＧｓ to customers. I think this hotel is top-notch if it has it. I was worried about it because it was a good hotel.

I made a reservation for a non-smoking room because only non-smoking rooms were available, but when I checked with the hotel on the day to see if there were any smoking rooms available, they found they were available and I was able to change my room right away. From the 14th onwards, I could see Mt. Fuji in the morning and it was a spectacular view.

We had a 4 story accommodation on the site of the playhouse that was previously here. There are dormitory types and private room types, toilets and showers are shared styles. It is still new so it is very clean and comfortable. The first floor is the front desk and the food court, the second floor is the room, the fourth floor is a shared kitchen and rest space, and you can see the old streets from the veranda. This time, I stayed in a private room type at ２ meal plan 7500 yen because I can stay cheaply for the prefecture. Dinner was worth 2000 yen from four shops in the food court on the first floor, and breakfast was worth 980 yen for Japanese food in the same place, and both were delicious. The shared kitchen facilities on the 4th floor are substantial, so it seems to be good to buy food at nearby department stores and supermarkets and cook and eat on the 4th floor.

I didn't do anything using the table because I was almost in the room this time, but it seemed convenient for studying, working and eating. The pillows in the room were hard and high, but it was good because it was perfect for me. Pillows are prepared in front of the front desk and can be borrowed freely, but when it is late, everything will be lent, so those who are particular about pillows should borrow pillows early. There was a large communal bath in the building, and I was able to soak in the bath slowly. It was also convenient to see how crowded the bathhouse was on the TV in the room. However, I think it would have been nice if there were guidance such as ”available in room clothes and indoor slippers” somewhere. I thought it was okay, but I wore slippers indoors, and I could use them in room clothes, etc., and there was no guide anywhere, so I changed into clothes just in case. It was a little troublesome there.

首都圏観光の際、大人2人と幼児（４歳、２歳）の計４人でツインルーム（24.2m2）利用しました。 　室内については、当初4人では狭いかなと想定していましたが、洗面場所とベットルームの間の壁がなく開放的で、実際の平米より広く感じました（必要な時には仕切れるようロールスクリーンがうまく活用されていました）。 　また、部屋全体に清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。バストイレ別なのも良かったです。 　部屋のカードキーが２枚いただけ、ホテル周辺へ出掛ける際も不便なく過ごせました。 　フロントにコーヒーの無料サービスがあり、朝食も美味しく大変満足できました。 　ホテル周辺には、食事処が沢山あり、ファミレス、コンビニ、ドラッグストア、アミューズメント施設（カラオケ・ビリヤード）等、一通り揃っています。ホテルの建物は複合施設となっていて1〜3Fに衣料品やレストランなどショップがあり、買い物も便利です。 　アクセス性については、地下鉄有楽町線の始発駅に直結しており、都内各所への利便性が良いです。豊洲など臨海副都心へ一本で行けるところも魅力的だと思いました。 　このホテルを選んで良かったです。また利用したいと思います。
