Sakura Cross Hotel Ueno Okachimachi

I used this hotel for my family trip to Tokyo. Although it seems a little far from the station, the room was clean and comfortable. However, it was my fault for forgetting something, but as soon as I returned to my hometown, I forgot the face wash I had just purchased in the bathroom, so when I inquired about it, the person in charge got back to me and said they didn't have the item I had asked for. It's possible that it might have been thrown away. I did it with. I was very disappointed because it was a depacos face wash and the price was not cheap. I wanted them to send it cash on delivery, but I was told that they might have thrown it away, so I gave up. Other than that I think it's fine. If you are staying at this hotel, please be careful not to forget any of your belongings as they will be disposed of.

Judging overall, I don't think there will be a repeat.

It was very clean and spacious and I was satisfied. There is no elevator, so I thought it might be difficult if you had a lot of luggage on the upper floors, but it was a very comfortable space.

The check-in procedure was very troublesome. I didn’t know that a verification code was required and I had to ask the staff who was hiding behind the curtain and chatting on the phone. Even though the room was cleaned on the third day, even though my friends were still resting in the room, it didn’t matter!

The room was clean and tidy, and we slept very comfortably. Due to check-out and schedule, we needed to store our luggage. The hotel staff very thoughtfully accommodated our special needs. The hotel does not have an elevator, so those with heavy and large luggage should choose carefully. The hotel has a note on the website clearly stating that there is no elevator.
