Hotels near Tennōzu Isle Station, Tokyo

It is located in the back of Tennosu Isle. The operation rate of Toyoko INN near Shinagawa is high and it is difficult to make a reservation, but it may be relatively easy to make a reservation if it is not just here. There is also a conference room. It is about 5 minutes walk from Tennosu Isle station of Tokyo monorail on the rinkai line, but it is about 15 minutes walk to the south exit of Shinagawa port, which is the name, so there is a free shuttle bus between Shinagawa station port south exit  15 minutes It is operated at intervals of 20 minutes, and it is happy for users such as Shinkansen. There is a sauna on the second floor, but there is no water bath or public bath, so it may be a little insufficient. The room is standard of Toyoko INN. The person who is used to staying is relieved. Wi-Fi is no problem. Free breakfast is not the same as other Toyoko inn, but there was curry and it was surprisingly delicious.

The hotel was very big have multiple towers for guests to stay in. The location was also very convenient and very close to the train station. One improvement point is the staff at lobby was not too polite. While the housekeeping staff were quite nice and also greet all the guests that pass by their cart. The room was okay but old so have a bad smell and things were torn out due to the age.

Hotel is situated at a very assessable location, at the cross roads of JR and 2 more lines. There is plenty of food and shopping around and even some.small sightseeing places in the hotel itself like the aquarium. However, room was very little, the toilet even ser. However for this price and location it's really value for money.

The hotel has strategic location and the room is big for family of 4. Compare to other hotels in the area, I find this hotel has bigger room that other hotels. The location is also near to public transport and easy route to commute with stroller

Had a very satisfying 7 nights stay. Location is very convenient beside a monorail station and near two huge malls. Theres a convenience store right below which is very helpful. Room and toilet quite clean. Only complaint is the soundproof of the hotel, as they had an event at the open space near the hotel but it can still be heard even from a high level.. but thankfully it wasnt too noisy. Recommended to chill at the viewing lounge as the view is amazing.

The hotel is centrally located and I think that’s basically the sole reason I may consider staying at it again. Checking in was smooth (thanks to the HK colleague seconded from Ritz Carlton HK), and other than that, I think your hotel staff needs re-training, especially the concierge team! Terrible service and clueless! My friends who were also traveling were not as lucky at check-in. One wasn’t able to get his room at 6pm and was asked to wait (20 mins), and when he finally got his key, he went into the room where someone was already in it. Who could expect this kind of mistake happened in a “modern luxury hotel”? My other friend nearly traumatized trying to check-in with a staff who can’t really speak English and don’t understand what “confirmation number” means. To me, the only disappointment was no upgrade at all even I was a Titanium member then. But well, I of course understand it is “subject to availability”. Hotel itself and its location is superb and definitely create a modern luxury feeling. But I’m staying in a HOTEL and HOSPITALITY and SERVICE should be the most important. And Edition Tokyo fails in all aspect, and maybe this is how you want to create a “lasting memory”? The short lady at the concierge was rude and impolite. When I was trying to ask about the timetable of the airport bus and where the stop is, she simply said why don’t you check it online cos you need to use your credit card and book anyway! I cannot believe this kind of service in Japan, let alone at a 5-star Marriot managed hotel. In the end I let my friend to handle it and she told me she talked to 3 different concierge colleagues and each gave a different answer, in the end it had to escalate up to the duty manager to get a concrete response on how to take the airport bus to Narita. Crazy! Then on separate occasions we went to the lobby bar. We requested to sit by the window and the waiter there said “it is reserved” on every occasion. In the end of course the sofa by the window was empty (and on one occasion it was empty till the bar was closed). I got annoyed and asked for the restaurant manager and I said “if you need a minimum spending just say so, why you have to put us at the bar table?” She said she would look into it and of course no one has yet to give us a good reason why is it the case. And service at the bar was appalling and to a certain extent I would even use “racist” to put it. As a Titanium with Marriot Bonvoy and a Globalist with World of Hyatt, I must say I made a terrible mistake staying at Tokyo Edition. I am sure I would receive better treatment and a better holiday experience if I stay at Andaz Tokyo which is across the street!

Very convenient location. Room was very snug. Barely fit a Queen size bed with minimum walking space. Hotel feels older, but had just the right modern amenities that made the stay more easier. Staff went above and beyond to help us out when we had issues. Would recommend for last minute travelers on a budget.

Great location right next to the station and nice see view even though on lower floor. Big room size but no espresso coffee machine unlike Nikko hotel next door. Breakfast varieties okay and free welcome drink station for hotel guests.

Nice hotel very close to the exhibition hall. Well deserved by metro and jr. Many Convenience store and restaurants in 5 min walk away. Electronic check in and out. Just missing one shuttle for the narita airport it's difficult when you left early. Nice bath water very hot.

Room was so clean and have air pulifier. Free drink machines. Artificial onsen bath was nice. Fine breakfast was included. It was almost perfect. Wish the room were a bit bigger. Being nearby lunchbox shops was helpful. I inadvertently left a book in the room. Hotel can send it to my Japan address with mailing fee borne by myself. I would stay again at this hotel if I have another biz travel to Tokyo. Thank you.
