服務:整體都好好 年輕有活力積極向上~五星⭐送給當時辦理入住的前台，姚姓妹妹❤️利索貼心專業~還看到她面對客户催促發難，迅速解決問題安撫情緒👍🏻
房間景觀:美~入住在五一前兩天，陰雨綿綿，空氣清新，看着窗外美景，心情很好
床:睡起來特別舒服
餐廳:圖九早餐，嗷嗷豐富好吃好吃~別看地方小，利用率賊高!怎麼可以這麼用心~我覺得都可以收費～
圖十下午茶!對，他們家一點到五點有下午茶的!我五點多來的，都開始撤了😂不過值班服務員小姐姐特別有耐心，給打包了黃瓜、龍眼，還有小零食～東哥還整了杯咖啡回來~nice
衞生:乾淨!整潔!保潔員用心了!衞生間浴室分開的~贊一個~
wifi:密碼8888那種，很快，也安全
總之性價比超級高!!
停車:地下一層停車場P免費停車，走前到前台報車牌號就好～

每一次入住都像回家的感覺一樣，這裡有安靜的樓層空間和下午茶，睡到被叫醒否則會錯過早餐，一樓就是餐廳（也是下午茶的場所），手工小混沌是我必點的，迷你小肉包和鹹菜米餅是我的最愛！下午茶小姐姐超級好，每次喝茶都感受到滿滿一杯熱情，女生喜歡的花茶和刮脂的普洱很是不錯，本省的猴魁味道幹香色澤青翠，值得慢慢享受一個下午!

房間乾淨整潔，不是第一次住了，服務很好的酒店，小孩子寫作業也有枱燈，下次還會來住的，每次一來都像回家一樣，基本配備的很齊全，前台小姐姐態度也很好，下次還是會優先選擇伯爵，暖心

酒店的房間很不錯，床比較大，基礎設施齊全，做了乾濕分離，且浴室衞生間分開就很方便。
前台服務蠻好，停車免費，就是早餐排隊等位（也可能是五一期間），整體蠻不錯。

出差這麼多次，這家酒店真是驚艷到我了，性價比真的不要太高！尤其是下午茶，種類很多，而且袋包裝的都是品牌食品，吃的也很放心。前台服務態度也很好，詢問周邊的訊息講的很耐心，前台客人需要的物品準備的也很齊全，總體來算非常滿意！

很多朋友都給我介紹這家酒店，果然不失所望。環境很不錯，高鐵站打車過去很方便，前台很熱情，還給我身份證搞了一個保護套，前台九宮格里麪的免費小物品蠻多的，房間還蠻寬敞的，衞生間乾濕分離很不錯。一進房間還香香的，北斗星城這一片蠻熱鬧的，吃飯也方便，對面就是燒烤。下午茶還蠻豐富的，品種也比較多，坐在那裡和朋友聊天天太舒服了吧。這個酒店給我的感覺舒服，體驗感很好！以後還會推薦別的朋友過來入住！
