The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the facilities were comprehensive and clean. The soundproofing was also quite good. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

The hotel offers a direct shuttle service to the scenic area, providing unlimited rides. The rooms feature large windows, and the service was exceptionally attentive. It's excellent value for money. I'll definitely be back! A staff member patiently provided excellent sightseeing tips.

We checked into family room 2413 on the 19th. The room was impeccably clean, tidy, and quiet. The staff at the front desk, particularly the two female attendants and the male attendant, were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, making communication effortless. Although the guesthouse is located just outside the scenic area, they offer a very convenient shuttle service. Our stay also included admission tickets to the Xizha scenic area and breakfast. Xizha itself is absolutely beautiful and well worth a return visit! I would certainly choose Xizha Nanzha Guesthouse again for my next trip and will definitely recommend it to my friends. Thank you!

Our room had a balcony and was spotlessly clean with a lovely atmosphere. The best part was the free shuttle service to and from the scenic area, along with unlimited rides on the internal shuttle within the area. We really made the most of these fantastic perks!

This hotel is part of the Wuzhen Tourism Group. While getting to Xizha requires a shuttle bus, there was sometimes a short wait. The hotel offers complimentary Xizha entrance tickets, allowing unlimited free access to the scenic area throughout your stay, and includes use of the in-park electric shuttles. The front desk also kindly helped us book the morning tea experience. Excellent value for money, and overall, I was very satisfied!

Our entire stay, from check-in to check-out, was absolutely wonderful! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and consistently went out of their way to help, from opening doors to carrying luggage. We arrived a bit early, and they immediately offered to store our bags. When our room became available, they promptly called us to let us know – truly exceptional service and thoughtfulness! 👍👍👍 The hotel itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with modern facilities. Our room had no hint of dampness or unpleasant odors. Its location in Nanzha was excellent and very easy to find. While Xizha is a short distance away, the hotel provides a shuttle service directly to the Xizha Scenic Area, a quick 5-minute ride. You can easily book this at the front desk, which is super convenient. What's more, unlike other hotels outside the scenic area, staying at Nanzha Inn allows for unlimited entry and exit to the attraction, and even early access to Xizha before its official opening hours. This offers fantastic value for money! Overall, it was a truly wonderful stay! 😁

This hotel isn't located within the scenic area itself; it's a bit of a distance from Wuzhen Xizha. You have to take your luggage on the shuttle bus yourself, as there's no direct baggage check-in, which isn't as convenient as staying inside the scenic area. You also have to wait for the shuttle buses to and from the scenic area. Other services were decent.

The hotel offers convenient parking, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are fully equipped. For breakfast, you can choose to dine on-site or explore the local options within Wuzhen. Plus, the hotel's shuttle service to the scenic area is a huge convenience!

An excellent guesthouse. It offers free parking right within the scenic area and provides a convenient shuttle service to and from the attractions. The staff were very welcoming and enthusiastic. Highly recommend staying here!
