Wuzhen is stunning, but it can be tough for foreign visitors with the language and admin stuff. Luckily, the splendid house made everything a breeze. Check-in was smooth, and the service was top-notch throughout. They even helped us sort out transportation. When we left, they walked us to our ride. Big thanks for making our stay so great!

Excellent service rendered by friendly hotel’s staff, especially 小余 during our stay. The location of the hotel just right in the scenery area and the room are clean and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast buffets served were highly sumptuous as we enjoy so much . Will definately recommend

We are family of 3 to stay in family room. The hotel provides service when you reach tourist Centre. Hotel staff will escort you to hotel and front desk help us carry luggage in and out hotel, really great service for those serve me in front desk.
Their breakfast are really great with plenty of choices of western and local food. Is a must to try these order to make breakfast.

房間很贊👍游泳池驚喜😍餐飲很棒😋管家服務熱情周到👍唯一美中不足的是酒店上門做spa的工作人員不停地跟老年客人推銷，一邊按摩一邊不停嘮叨，目的想讓客人加錢升級套餐，本來是一種享受，反而成了心理輔導，真的很煩很煩，建議酒店整頓，本來可以打滿分💯的，現在就因為這個spa服務打折扣了。

酒店位置很方便，乾淨衞生，古香古色的庭院設計很贊👍環境優美，早餐現做，味道也很不錯👍工作人員非常熱情好客。特別感謝管家小李，抵達酒店前提前加微信聯繫，細心安排好入住手續。全程幫忙提行李，帶着兩個長者，真得幫了大忙。總之，酒店各方面都不錯，值得推薦👍👍👍

房間乾淨整潔，又保留着古香古色，早餐沒有説琳琅滿目，但是小巧精緻，還可以單點，吃的也很舒服。午餐我們在酒店吃的，味道很不錯，也很精緻，晚餐我們在他酒店正對面，散客排隊很多，等位很久，但是其實酒店可以幫忙預訂。最最最讓我開心的，順心的，省心的——是酒店的服務。中午1點入住，去門口接我們，一個漂亮的女孩子幫我們提行李，遊客中心進去（酒店通道不排隊），坐船進酒店，（也是專屬“vip”酒店通道），不排隊！！！酒店的接待大堂，前台女服務員和兩個高大的男服務員，態度都很好，和一般五星酒店相比的話，就是除了熱情，是真的還很用心，貼心，臨回程還幫我定了旁邊定勝糕。話説，早餐是有這個網紅的定勝糕可以單點，可惜那時不懂，衹點了一個。午餐晚餐，可以試試酒店裡的菜，很好吃。我們是那種南北通吃的，辣與不辣的菜我們都可以接受，所以覺得還不錯，孩子們也是很喜歡（他們不吃辣）

看點評預訂了這家酒店，因為帶孩子，所以需要方便和舒適乾淨的環境，從進烏鎮就有管家全程幫忙拿行李，三天兩晚，衹要一有問題，就問我的管家小徐，很多問題雖然網上都可以查到，但是我還是下意識的問她，不管是推薦餐廳還是推薦店鋪，每一個都沒有踩雷，給拖家帶口的我省了很多事，再加上預約的上門按摩，這趟烏鎮之行真是稱心如意。一向挑剔的家人都跟我説這家店mark住了，下次來還要到這裏😃五一雖然人多，但此行值得。
