1.提前一天訂了三間湖景雙床房，到了之後才告知我們沒有三間湖景雙床房了，要給我們調換成湖景大床房或者高級雙床房，一副你愛住不住的態度，就是吃準了你們這些遊客開了幾個小時的車上來再加上節假日拖着孩子出遊、附近又沒有其他可選擇性酒店，才會如此服務態度吧
2.半夜12點20有其他入住的人打開了我們的房門，聯繫攜程上面的酒店電話，沒得人接聽，後面也沒有回覆，不得已在高德地圖上找了一個酒店電話打過去了接電話的人沒得絲毫道歉的意思，一句話就是前台把房號寫錯了
3.朋友早上酒店送兩瓶礦泉水到酒店，直到退房了水都沒有送上來
4.這種酒店也就衹是做個一次性生意

出差來柏芷山開會，酒店環境不錯，空氣很好，很適合來度假；酒店設施配套比較齊全，有健身房和文件打印室這兩點我很滿意；酒店服務人員態度好能夠在15分鐘內提供解決方案。

海拔1300m左右，空氣較好。有點冷清。徒步路線由於當天霧很大，加之帶了長者和小孩，沒敢前往。酒店早餐可以改進下，建議增加雜醬麪或者牛肉麪。

國慶假期的超冷門，空氣好，安靜，還可以看日落和雲海，非常棒的一個地方。山腳下去往獅溪和金山的路邊有條小溪，非常漂亮。

整個度假區給我的感覺就是乾淨清新，空氣非常好。入住的酒店也不錯 真心想不到在山裡還有一個裝修環境這麼好的酒店
