The onsite restaurant only being open certain hours was not helpful during a snowstorm. Also the cleaning crew did not make the bed properly or notify me of the laundry drop off requirements.

It was a lovely stay! Love the nautical theme on the room and the modern design. The bed was super comfortable and of course the famous Doubletree cookie was amazing.

This property has a nice restaurant, but I would not sty here again! Rooms are cold and dark. It is currently being occupied by refugees and no mention of that when booking.I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Our vehicle was damaged in underground parking. Staff would not check security cameras to assist in situation. The shower was mouldy and rooms were dingy. Staff were not friendly or helpful.
