Waterfront Boutique Suites

This stay was so disappointing, the apartment was nice with a view, but the trains that ran by every half hour were soo loud. The apartment was philthy, the dishes were dirty in cupboards , the sheets stunk like b.o, the laundry machine wouldn’t dry our clothes, which conformed the dirty sheets. This made us late to check out, where the cleaner was super aggressive and threatened to call police on us, the host msged us threatening to keep our deposit. Luckily the team at trip.com understood our situation and ensured that we would be receiving our full $300 deposit back! The bathroom was disturbing the tub was NOT clean and mildew was everywhere , I had to break out the tilex and rubbergloves just so we could shower. No we will not be staying with this company again. Right and the apartment was stuck on a staggering 86 degrees, the coolest it got was ** with the door open the entire stay. We barely got any sleep because of this🥵😡🤬

Cons: Many things were broken in the rental like the sink handle, missing knot on the stove. Check in is at 5 which is pretty late ans you have to cary your luggage all day or pay a pricey fee. No access to the amenties for short term guests was a bummer, has it was the reason we booked here (it’s even advertised on the rental page as available). It was very hot inside (26degres) and one blanket was pretty smelly, didn’t look like the place was well cleaned after the previous guests. Pros: Well located, walkable distance from alot of activities, nice view from the 27th, more space than we thought, building/lobby is nice and clean.

Check in was a hassle and the address on ******* was actually wrong BUT we had a very nice stay, the room was really nice and worth it and would def recommend to anyone out of college visiting Toronto with their friends!

Be aware of bugs. Have to send pictures to prove it! Deposit was a challenge. Communication was very long. Dryer was full of clothes. Not really like the pictures showed. Very disappointed about everything. We rent for 4 days. But leaves after one night!!!! No refund possible. We understand why it was non refundable. I don’t quite understand why ******* still keeps them!!!!!!

Overall experience was good. Great location. Condo relatively clean. Very comfortable. View was amazing.

For the price of the stay it worked but a few of the amenities they stayed they had were lacking. They have a pool but we weren’t allowed to access it because it was “managed by the property” so we have very disappointed children. Also, one of the best smelled like mold, and there was also exposed electric wiring. Also make sure to bring your own toilet paper and paper towel. On a good note the view was spectacular and they communication from the staff was quick and helpful.

Water on the floor - Broken windows that do not close. When mentioned - they were "aware" and working on the issue. Windows were very dirty with child hand smudges all over. Closet door almost falling off. Food left in the fridge and freezer.

The apartment is cozy and nice, however it is pests infested (silverfish) popping up everywhere.

Not enough room on this page to even get into it, - very dirty - i think it wasnt the suite i rented online - fist hole in walls - smashed tables and chairs on deck and inside (mirrored glass) - fridge had molds - carpets full of stains - pillows on couch had sticky stuff not sure it wasnt jizz - 1 bed was literally an old thin matress on the floor in a closet?.. - the requirements to even make and keep the booking were different, i thought it must be pretty ritzy, never had this type of booking before? - we almost didnt even get to stay there as they didnt have permissions for me to use the elevator or go to the room - best thing about it was the young men downstairs that helped me actually get to stay as we had guys coming from all over the world and trying to find a new suite that night right at that time was not easy, especially being the NHL all star weekend... - elevators, halls, and lobby all smelled like **** - location was good for where we wanted to be - wish i could post the pictures of the suite for visual! - shouldnt even be on ******* at all until the place is painted, new carpets, new tables, cleaned up and things fixed up.
