It's a very small hotel with only four rooms on one floor. There's no one at the front desk and you don't need to ring the bell on a daily basis. There's basically no service. The quilt is dirty, the water doesn't drain under the washbasin, and the facilities are generally maintained. I've stayed in very old hotels before and they didn't feel this greasy. There's not even a sheet underneath the quilt cover. The location is good, near the north exit of Ikebukuro. All in all, it's really a shame to pay more than 600 to 700 yuan a night.
