We had a very terrible welcome received when we arrived at hotel: there were 2 rude employees who didn’t want to allow us to check in because they couldn’t find our reservation in the system.
This situation lasted for several minutes and it was very embarrassing for all my family. After a long discussion, they let us to have both rooms reserved but they gave us a lower level even we have paid a high level one with bathtub.
Last but not the least, they started denying the breakfast for both rooms. However we also paid for this service. Again we had a long discussion and they agreed after we had to prove it showing them our invoice/email confirmation from *******.
With that said, we would like to make it official and documented regarding our dissatisfaction on this hotel.
