"I managed to get a last minute booking here after recommendation from a local Facebook page, as I was attending the F1 British Grand Prix weekend at Silverstone, & I hadn't pre-booked any accommodation prior to leaving home. I don't normally leave reviews, however, after they sorted me out with the last minute booking, I thought I would say the following; the bar lady Chloe provided me & my son with a warm welcome on arrival, they had lovely beers on tap, all staff & local customers were super friendly & helpful, the rooms were clean & tidy & the bed was super comfortable, the Korean street food van they arranged had lovely food for a very reasonable price & they allowed you to eat it inside, the local game of indoor skittles kept my son amused for hours whilst I enjoyed a beer or 2 & had a good chat with locals & moat importantly I would highly recommend the establishment to anyone looking for either a nice drink or accommodation in the area."

"Bath filled up with water and didnt drain when showering sink had brown stain and bits in sink when arrived and aink all wet and the side next to it. Plug socket on iron was exposed and very dangerous potential risk of fire or a 240v shock. I stay here regularly and hoping this was just a blip however last weekend wasnt good either. I will stil give then another go as the location is good and i do like the rooms its a shame as the first few times were very good i stay most saturday nights with son"
