お宿自体は古い感じだが、スタッフの皆さんの対応が良く特に担当して下さった方が凄く接客も丁寧で良かったです。イベントでスーパーボールすくいや入口入って直ぐの所に駄菓子詰め放題などもあり子供連れでも楽しめると思います。内風呂も部屋風呂はないですが4種類の貸切風呂があるので連れだけでゆっくり入れたのも良かったです。
朝夕食付きでお願いしたのですが内容もボリュームも大満足でサービスで焼きそばも良ければと言われたのですが気にはなったけどお腹が一杯で食べれなかったのが残念なくらいでした。又城崎温泉に行く機会があれば利用したいなと思います。

小小的温泉酒店雖然在這個温泉小鎮屬於設施略陳舊的酒店，但隔壁就有一個公共温泉（曼陀羅湯）很方便，服務也很周到，會幫忙把行李箱擦乾淨再放到房間，前台有很多小零食隨便自取，日式早飯+季節限定松葉蟹晚餐也很豐盛，有免費班車送去火車站，司機叔叔英文很好，一路寒暄聊天，是性價比很高的温馨小旅館！推薦給想去城崎温泉的朋友！

食べきれないほどのお料理でした。
子供はお菓子の詰め放題があり、スーパーボールすくいも喜んでました。大人はウェルカムドリンクがビール、お食事のビールも1本のみ180円のサービスで良かったです。
