Reviews of Zorlu Grand Hotel Trabzon

To people who were attracted by the photo of the hotel big hall—the only charm of this hotel is that hall, don’t be cheated! This is the worst 5star I’ve ever stayed. It doesn’t fit the standard of 5 star hotel at all—lack of maintenance, bad status of the bathroom, wet sheet and quilt… plus it has a very cold vibe, it doesn’t worth even half of the money you paid…我们房间的卫生间图片如下，浴帘是摆设，洗澡的地方比浴室地面还高，浴室门口是木头的还有房间的地毯长期都会被溅上水甚至泡水，这也许就是房间非常潮湿，被褥枕头潮湿到我甚至夜里会难受醒的原因。作为一个五星酒店，我早上是被隔壁的闹钟叫醒的。。。。一个糟透的了的酒店。我感觉也许它刚建好的时候是很好的，设计也很赞，但现在只剩一个空壳，没有任何像样的维护和管理，阿拉伯人也许要求低，但我估计任何一个住过五星酒店的中国人都不会满意。

Hotel location. Excellent.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Even though its old the hotel is well maintained & it is clean. Room’s size acceptable . Furniture old but clean, bedsheets, pillows and towels all clean. I only stayed for one night so it was ok. Important to me it was a clean hotel & it’s location was fantastic! .

The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the location is excellent. The breakfast was ordinary, just enough to fill you up. Although they provide free bottled water, it's a ration of two bottles a day, which is a bit insufficient.

Everything was just perfect! Very beautiful and cozy! The staff was very attentive! The breakfast was beyond praise – everything was delicious and varied! Thank you! I will definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and acquaintances!
