The hotel at the Heart of Meydan market and it was really good location for me while it was hard to get their using GPS, as the car entrance is from a specific side, and with the help of the hotel customer service I was able to reach their OTOPark. 👍🏻

I booked this hotel because it is close to the center and has a spa with sauna. The spa depar**ent had been under maintenance for days (they said). Very expensive in-room meal and breakfast (around € 20), which I discovered was not included in the stay. So I've never eaten in a hotel. The staff is kind and willing to provide any information you may need for your stay. The location of this hotel is quite central. The room is quiet and the bed comfortable… I slept very well.

Advertising on the website, claims to be a five star hotel, But I really wouldn't give it at most 2 stars. Since the quality of the furniture aré really bad, the mattress in the suites Is very bad you fill like a water mattress. I spoke with the manager and she tell me there are new mattress, and I make a claim because I paid a 5 stars hotel like they advertising in there own website and she answer me do what you want, I do not care about. Better look another place to stay and do not throw away your money, nor fall into deception.

Good location, near shopping area , cafes and restaurants Easy to reach the beach

Would highly recommend this hotel. It is conveniently located with lots of shops and restaurants close by. The parking garage is very confusing, however. We did eventually find it underground. The hotel staff was all very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with booking drivers to the local sites like Sumela Monastery. It was a wonderful stay!

The location is central but very noisy . In room dining or room service menu is very poor and overrated, Staff are courteous but language is a problem since most only speak Turkish and use google to translate . If you intend to find a relaxing place this hotel may not be the ideal location

The location is great.. it’s in the center of everything with many shops, banks, restaurants and more around. You don’t need to use transportation. The staff are attentive especially Mr. Emir Bal at reception. The hotel and reception lobby area look nice with a cafe on site. However, the hotel is 25+ years old & the room is small with old furniture that needs renovation immediately. The breakfast is so basic it’s not at all a 5 stars hotel. I got bitten by mosquitos in the room and that was bizarre when no window were opened! Hence the price is so high for this hotel.

Hotel is wonderful. During trip I have got positive COVID 19 . I have stayed on guaranteen also here extra 7 days. All personnel cared about me minimum 2 times a day. Thank you very much all personnel. Great place. Advised strongly.

The hotel over all is ok but they forgot to clean my room and excuse was I did not requested for cleaning ? They did not have Buisness center ? Break fast was more Turkish and 90% guest was from gcc? Carpets in lobby was dirty ? No body ask if I need car booking for airport ? With difficulty We found taxi ? People have to be more welcoming ?

Not a good experience at all. Service was very bad, rooms were not as good as you see in the pictures. Heavy smoking smell in both of our rooms even tough i strictly requested them non smoking rooms. AC noice was loud and irretating. Room service was bad, we asked for tea bags at 7pm and they said mini bar service is closed you'll get it in the morning so i had to run to supermarket to get extra water along with tea bag. Besides reception staff all others were rude. Only advantage was that it is in the city but for us didnt matter as we had our car.

Best location for shopping. In the center of the old city near Meydan. Decent breakfast. Clean. Excellent staff and room service. No pool. No Turkish Hammam. ( under maintenance ). Spa only for men.
