Nice location. Night market is within walking distance and close to town center. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The welcome drink and cold towel is great especially after long drive! Very new hotel. My kids enjoy the bunker bed. The only drawback is no lift so a bit hassle for the old folks if staying on 3rd floor.

The hotel owner was very enthusiastic and introduced good massages. He also arranged car and boat transportation from the hotel to the pier to Mook Island. The only drawback is that the soundproofing of the room is very poor, so you need to bring your own earplugs. The happiest thing was that I had a local breakfast in Trang while walking with my best friends in the morning. It was very delicious!

I had an accident where I injured my leg right before my trip.
I inevitably requested cancellation.
I made a total of 5 requests and was rejected each time.
It's for health reasons, but I can't do this.
I was very disappointed and eventually decided to go to the hotel.

I was really angry. My legs hurt.
I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor and had a difficult time climbing up.
However, the bathroom has to be outside the terrace, not inside the room.
