Crystal Palms Beach Resort Reviews

Loved the layout of the place and the location was good. The window covering in the bedroom was broken so we couldn’t open it and you can see through it from the outside at night. Also the one in the living room was very hard to pull up and down so we couldn’t use it. The toilet seat in the small bathroom was broken. We would stay there again if these things were fixed.

I was really turned off by the whole situation. The first room I was assigned had a palmetto bug problem. Which is another name for roach… according to the desk they recently sprayed - I still asked for a new room- they may not be infested but when I tried to kick the bug out it literally crawled under the door to get in. The next room I was given the lock for the door wasn’t connected it was just hanging by a paper clip set up. Had I seen a rating like this originally I would have stayed elsewhere.

Staff was very nice. Patrons friendly too. A couple of beetles on the kitchen floor- no big deal. Hot tub needing attention- we mentioned it to the staff. Pool people came on the 4th day; filled the hot tub and got the chemicals back in balance. We would-WILL definitely stay here again.

Furniture needs updating. Needs raised and elongated bathroom stools. I liked the newly painted walls and trim.

Room needed some cleaning. Definitely the place needs so updating. Good note.cozy room, Good view of The Gulf, and nice location. Close To restaurant and bars.

Condo suite was in a great location. Amenities were perfect and the place was clean and well kept. Rooms were comfortable and the large patio was relaxing and was a nice touch. I would stay here again, even though there was the minor inconvenience of sound traveling extensively through the walls. A lot of noise sounded like it was in the same room. Maybe the plumbing is old and/or the walls are thin. The location is perfect, as it’s near plenty of bars and restaurants and tourist hot spots. That said, I will stay again.

Staff was super helpful and we had alot of fun. The suite was spacious and we felt right at home.

Very impressive size and layout. Could easily sleep 6 people. Really close to the beach. Short walk to all amenities. Short drive to John’s Pass, Tyrone Square Mall and about 30 minutes to Tampa. Felt safe. Strange kind of main ***** town where all amenities are on one through fare but … what can you do? Beautiful white sand beaches. Overall a really nice stay in a clean, large and well appointed apartment

I usually love this Resort. And stay here quite often but will probably be changing that. The overall hotel was great and staff is super nice. But parking accommodations for more than one vehicle was a issue. Also there is construction going on if front of the hotel. The noise made it impossible to sleep. And it started at 6am. Didn’t get much rest from the constant beeping and pounding..

The condo was wonderful !! Spacious, clean, beautiful view and walking distance to beach. Would highly recommend

Good location, condo well laid out. However, floor of condo, balcony and countertops were dirty. The noise of boulevard made sitting on the balcony not real enjoyable. Great sunsets, close to beach. Pool and Hot tub was clean enjoyable.

Very clean property, professional staff And private. I really enjoyed my stay.

The room was way better than I expected way nicer than the pictures showed the room was clean and had everything that you would need in the kitchen. The balcony was amazing definitely will be coming back 10 out of 10 recommend

Great location across road from beautiful beach. Apartment a little tired but nice all the same. Watch out for framework around the bed - several serious bruises on shins, extremely painful
