After placing the order in advance, there was only an email from Ctrip, but no apar**ent reservation email, and no one told you that the apar**ent reservation email must be sent to you after 15:00 on the day of check-in, which contains self-check-in information. Remember! If you arrive in Tromso before 15:00 that day, you have to stand there dragging your suitcase in the snow at minus 20 degrees Celsius! Only Ctrip will take care of you if the service is good, and may ask you to wait patiently, but there is really no lobby, no front office, and you can't find the door. It's just waiting in the snow! I left immediately and changed it that day. The Radisson Blu at the pier, in fact, any hotel in the city center is very good. Don't stay in this apar**ent.
