Came to Troy to do some shopping and have traditionally stayed at The Hampton Inn and have loved it. This place is my new go to. Bathrooms are spotless and bright Super clean and modern, well lit and effectively laid out. The breakfast buffet was better at the Hampton but everything else is bang on. Could not have been happier

Hotel is new and open about 6 months but it is clear the maintenance is not going well. Parts of furniture are tapped together, the shower already has a very stained floor, instead if caulk it looks like some glue was used. The TV has local cable but not Netflix access. The checkin staff was rude and unwelcoming because I arrived 2 hrs before the stated 3 pm check-in time, "what are you doing here?". Location is great with easy access to 75, all shopping and restaurants in Troy, many companies.

I was really impressed that the staff was overly and courteous, it was a welcome change from other Holiday Inn’s that I’ve stayed at in the past.

The first room that was given to me when i checked in wasn't ready so i had to go back to the from desk to get another room. Later when i went to take a shower the drain was plugged and had to go down to front desk to get somebody to look at it because when trying to call front desk from room it just went to a busy signal.

We really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn. The room was very clean and contemporary. The bedding felt fresh and pillows were fluffy. I was impressed with how nice the gym area was as well as the pool.
Breakfast was excellent and a great add on for all that is included. My only criticism would be that the lobby coffee isn't that great. The keurig pods in room where pretty good though.
Overall after this trip Holiday Inn is now my go-to when searching for places to stay anywhere.

The Property is brand new, it still looks like some of the work needs to be done. But the place is nice. Breakfast could be a little better. You get simple stuff
