The person in charge is, from my perspective, just profit oriented and that, in the long term, should bring her/his problems. I had a flight cancelation and wouldn´t manage to arrive on time to the hotel because I had to find another flight. I was going to stay in Golden Eagle Appartments from the 10th of july until the 12th of july 2023. I told this person that a problem happened and begged for a rebooking on the 7th of july at 1 am so it would still be possible to arrange something. I told him I was flexible and this stay could happen on the 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st and so on. I was told, and I quote: “I am sorry. but I don't have a free apartment for July 15th. sorry sometimes it can happen and I don’t have time for another reservation”. I replied “And on the 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21? All these dates are ok for me as long as I can benefit for my two nights. (…) I see that you have availability after the 16th of july, two nights for the same amount. This would work for me just fine (16th to 18th, for example). I see it on the website. Hope to hear from you soon”. And again, I was told this, and quoting: “if you want you can make another reservation. But I can't make up for the nights you don't come”. And I replied: “I was not expecting to get my money back. I was expecting a bit of flexibility from your side and to give me the chance of postponing after the 15th. And you have space available.”. And more words were shared. I´ve been travelling with booking for more than 15 years and such thing never happened to me. From my perspective, and I have a bit of experience, this is someone who is just profit oriented and the rest is the rest. He has plenty of availability for the next days (probably Turim isn´t that turistic) but still no. I never wanted my money back.
