The Caymen room was perfect--great beds, little kitchenette. The location is ideal in the heart of the city across from the ocean

After requesting an ADA room, I arrived and there was no rooms available. They have to elevator to the floors above.

Very nice clean little hotel in the center of town was a little noisy but that's expected when you stay directly across from the restaurants and bars that are Oceanfront

We loved this hotel. Stayed in the Martinique suite which allowed us our own entrance to our room rather than going through the Lobby.

My niece and I were very happy with the Capitola hotel. When entering into our room, decor was done very well. It was just what we were looking for. It has the cutest patio area. The front desk was very friendly. We liked our room. It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We will surely be returning.

Lost a star because the air conditioner didn’t work. That made our overall experience less than stellar because a grunge band began around 10pm across the street until about midnight. I was forced to open all our windows and run the fans because of the lack of AC. I feel we wouldn’t have been bothered had we had the window closed. I had trouble hearing the television whenever the bar opened their doors. That being said I loved the outdoor seating area, the convenience of location and how clean it was and how sweet the staff was. They let us check in much earlier than 4pm and we parked in their garage for just $35. I’d come back.
