The photos do not do this location justice! It is even more beautiful. I usually stay in Tuscany but now Umbria is at the top of my list. Besides being elegant, comfortable, and super clean, Borgo Pulciano Agriturismo is very affordable! It is super pet and family friendly. It also has probably the best breakfast I have ever had in Italy! And there are 2 pools! Absolutely the best!

Beautiful setting. Spacious mini apartment. Comfortable bed and good heat. They let us borrow an iron for dressing for an event we attended. We borrowed a cork screw as well. Had a brief problem with boiler, but they reset immediately. Very nice breakfast. We would certainly return.

Beautiful borgo with spacious and comfortable “self catering” accomodation, nicely located in a quiet and charming part of Umbria with beautiful views. The parking right outside the cottage was perfect. The beds were great. The restaurant is good but if you’re there for a few days and wish to cook a meal or even boil and egg in your kitchen this is impossible. There are NO kitchen cooking implements, not a pot, not a pan, not a coffee pot, nothing with which to wash up, not even a plug for the kitchen sink. One has to bring the whole kitchen along. We had to buy an espresso Mokka pot just to be able to have coffee. Yet they have dining facilities, a fridge, some cutlery, no wine glasses. This was disappointing. The pool area is great, but you must wear a swimming cap which is written nowhere and on booking directly as I did, they don’t tell you this. On arrival they offer you one for €3. It’s most annoying when one has these already at home. Swimming towels can be borrowed with a deposit. The double volume, attic style cottages with bed upstairs are exceptionally hot upstairs, the air conditioning does not reach there. We had to bring a mattress down to the lower level and use the sleeper couch in order to sleep on subsequent nights. The staff are pleasant and helpful and make an effort to find solutions to problems. We were assisted with a late arrival restaurant booking but I also realize now that cooking in our own self catering cottage would have been impossible so they had to make a plan for us.

Abbiamo appena finito di soggiornare e devo dire ci siamo trovati benissimo. Una struttura immersa nel verde dove regna la tranquillità. Il pezzo forte del Borgo Pulciano sono le persone che la gestiscono cominciando dalla reception con la signorina Lucia gentilissima e professionale sempre pronta e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Complimenti. Poi passiamo a parlare della punta di diamante ovvero la ristorazione. Cominciando a ringraziare il personale di sala sempre attentissimo, puntualissimo e gentilissimo. Di questi tempi assolutamente non scontato. Grazie. Sulla cucina potrei mettere sei stelle. Altro che Chef stellato di più. Persona cordialissima che esce dalla cucina a spiegare i vari ottimi piatti. Noi deliziati dal tartufo. E poi la mattina una colazione spettacolare con delle torte fatte in casa di una bontà non trovabile nemmeno nelle migliori pasticcerie. Insomma se volete essere coccolati in un posto bellissimo vi consiglio questa struttura. Grazie ancora e alla prossima. Francesco e Gabriella.

Location immersa nel verde, con tutte le parti comuni ben in ordine e pulite. Mini appartamento: pulito, con cucina abbastanza attrezzata (sarebbe gradito un piccolo kit di benvenuto, in quanto quando si arriva non sempre si ha il minimo indispensabile per poter cucinare). Staff: Ottimo ! tutti gentili, cortesi e sorridenti, pronti ad assecondare le richieste della clientela; grazie. Colazione: ottima ! tante cose buone e ben fatte (suggerisco dei piccoli cartelli vicino alle torte e alle marmellate, con indicazione degli ingredienti, per agevolare intolleranti, o peggio, allergici, al fine di evitare spiacevoli situazioni). Ristorante: ottimo; ottime materie prime e porzioni abbondanti; mi permetto di suggerire una maggiore attenzione sui tempi di cottura dei secondi.

Siamo andati in tre, io mia moglie e mia cognata. Esperienza veramente ottima e una ulteriore vacanza è sicuramente da riprogrammare. Il borgo è un posto incantato sembra che il tempo si sia fermato e si respira una atmosfera magica. Oltre a lla splendida location ( unico rammarico non aver potuto usufruire delle piscine ma d'altra parte è aprile ) ci è particolarmente piaciuto l'approccio cordiale e oserei dire familiare del personale. Veramente bravi professionali e attenti a tutti i desideri dei clienti. Una particolare gratificazione la vorremmo fare allo Chef, tanto bravo in cucina e tanto bravo nei rapporti interpersonali. Che dire non riesco a trovare una nota negativa e consiglio vivamente l'utilizzo della struttura

Bella struttura: borghetto caratteristico e appartamenti/camere ben tenute; c'è anche la piscina e ampi spazi all'aperto. Buon ristorante con personale molto attento: abbiamo mangiato vari primi con funghi porcini e formaggi Umbri...tutto molto buono

Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso qui quattro giorni veramente rilassanti con ottima cucina in un contesto veramente da favola. Purtroppo mio marito ha avuto un problema di salute e tutto il personale ci è stato di supporto. Un particolare grazie allo chef Santi e consorte, Emanuela e Mimmo in sala e Lucia al ricericevimento. Un arrivederci in autunno e ancora grazie.
