Dampa Poolside Events & Accommodation

I booked a 2 night stay thru Agoda, due to a super typhoon in the area. After arrival, there was a brownout, and this facility has no generator. I sat in the dark the entire day and night with NO power, NO A/C, NO Wifi, which continued until the next morning. I decided to check out, and asked for a refund for the 2nd night, which they refused. WHY would they refuse a refund if they had provided me NOTHING that comes with staying in one of their rooms? Was I supposed to stay another night in a room that had ZERO to offer? A refund should have been common sense under the circumstances. I would certainly NOT recommend this place, if they don't even have a generator, and refuse to allow my money to be returned for a service I did not use!
