Airport Hotel

Booked for a layover, so I didn't have high expectations. However, the hotel was surprisingly good – clean, tidy, and they offer airport shuttle service.

The new airport is a bit of a distance away, but fortunately, there's a private transfer service, which makes it quite convenient. Special commendation for front desk staff Li Ruoke and Yang Hong; they were incredibly welcoming, helped us receive food deliveries, and provided great recommendations for local attractions!

Having stayed here multiple times and always been satisfied, I opted for this hotel again, despite the new terminal being quite a distance away. My decision proved to be spot-on. First off, I was very pleased with the phone consultation about the airport shuttle. In particular, after my late-night arrival, I called the front desk to inquire about the hotel's transfer process, and a female staff member guided me patiently over the phone until I located the precise pick-up point. The staff at the airport shuttle waiting area were also incredibly welcoming and helpful. Even with a short wait for the shuttle, I had no complaints at all. The seamless and orderly airport-to-hotel transfer service truly put my mind at ease. Upon reaching the hotel, I discovered the female staff member's name was Li Ruotong. As there were many guests arriving on the same shuttle, another front desk employee, Xie Xingwang, joined Li Ruotong to swiftly process our check-ins. This allowed us to get to our rooms and rest quickly, which was essential given our early morning flight! I want to take this opportunity to sincerely thank both Li Ruotong and Xie Xingwang! This airport hotel truly is a lifesaver for guests arriving late and departing early!

The room was spotless. It's incredibly close to the airport, just a 5-minute drive, which made it extremely convenient. The service was also excellent. A special thanks to staff member Xie Linjuan for her attentive and thoughtful service.
